It’s tasty like candy, but has a good creatine content. I didn’t have any sort of digestive issues or quality issues with it which was nice. I did think the caloric content was a bit concerning, but I didn’t really care because I’m in a bulk right now. That being said, if you’re cutting, maybe looking for something sweet, this MIGHT be alright for you.

I love the lemon flavor and ease of use, but I don’t like that you need to take 5 gummies to get the 5 mg of creatine. If you really like gummy candies, this is a great option.

gross taste, super sweet has both sugar and artificial sweetners which make it sickly sweet but still doesn’t mask the creatine taste. I threw them out, i’d rather dry scoop the plain powder.

I was optimistic about these because the powder can be such a chore some times. Gummies seemed way more convenient.
The flavor of these are decent but I have to eat 5 AT A TIME! That’s a chore in itself! Maybe I’ll try spreading them out throughout the day. 5 at one time wasn’t for me.

There’s some things that translate to gummies and some things that do not. These do not. They leave a terrible aftertaste in your mouth that last hours even after brushing. They DO work though. I’ve seen a big difference in my gains, leaner muscle and recovery after using these for a few weeks. It’s not a bad product in any way. Just be aware of the taste before ordering.

Got these Chewable gummies because i didnt want another powder mix to add on to my daily regiment of powderd supplements. I found teh Chewables easy and i usually keep them at work so i can just pop one in my mouth before my mid day work out or in my car. The bottle comes with about 120 gummies and each serving provides about 5G of creatine. My ONLY real issue is that a serving is 5 gummies so you go through this really quickly in my experience. If your starting out i think its a good purchase to see if you want to add creatine in your diet routine but if your a dedicated user then you may want to go with a powder.
