I have used powered pre-workout mixes for years, and when the commercials started with the gummies, I was a bit skeptical. I gave these a try, and quite frankly I am really impressed. I was expecting these monster gummies that you wind up chewing on for a while, instead they are fairly small. You do need to take 3 though to equal a serving.
The big thing that I want to point out, is that they are sugar free. The taste of both the blueberry and raspberry are really nice and don’t have any artificial or aftertaste to them. They are made with natural fruit extract for the flavor, and organic blueberries, which was a pleasant surprise. I was fully expecting that artificial sweetener taste like most of the pre-workout mixes have, and there was none.
There is no caffeine added which I was really happy about. They also contain BCAA, which for me is one of the most important things, since as you get older, muscle growth and retention becomes harder and the amino acids help. Definitely a solid product, and way better than mixes up powders. Glad I decided to give them a try.

I initially thought taking a creatine gummy was a little unusual, but I’ve now tried a couple of different brands and I’m hooked – this is much better than the powder and the cost of some of these brands is not much more than powder options.
This is currently my favorite option – primarily because of the mix of ingredients. Previously, I was taking my creatine, some taurine, and l-carnitine every morning. This includes all three (the “8000mg” advertised on the bottle includes 5000mg creatine (the normal recommended quantity), 1000 mg l-carnitine, and 500 mg taurine). It also includes 1000 mg of BCAA, which is not as important to me as I normally get that through my preferred protein powder, but also a nice inclusion for anyone who doesn’t supplement with this elsewhere.
Sometimes I forget to take my creatine on non-workout days. I never forgot these. I looked forward to taking them and it became a nice part of my morning routine, whether I was working out or not. The Wild Berry flavor was delicious. I’m usually hesitant to give 5 stars for anything other than a great product. I believe this version of gummies – especially at its current price of roughly $0.25/day – is not only a great product, but also a great value.
