I travel a lot and don’t use powders and have been using pills. Just got these as there are times I just don’t want to swallow a horse pill first thing in the morning. Today was one of those mornings. The chews are small (about half the size of a sugar cube), pleasantly lemon-citrus flavored, but not overpowering or chalky tasting. The bottles are also small so super easy to throw in a bag (or I’m guessing even a purse).
The BCAAs and electrolytes are a bonus for me.
Yes, they are more expensive than powders and slightly more than pills (about $1.20/5g serving), but not as much as I would have expected.

I have used, evaluated, and reviewed a significant number of supplements, and I have to say that this is one of the more concerning products that I have encountered. A few specifics:
Packaging: The jars of gummies arrived with foil seals inside of the lids and seemed to be fresh. One jar contained a desiccant pack, but the other did not.
Manufacturing: The manufacturing of these gummies is very suspect. The product page indicates that these gummies are made in the USA, but the product packaging carefully avoids this language by saying, “Encapsulated, bottled & tested in cGMP compliant facilitieswith USA and imported ingredients.” (yes, those typos are on the actual label). I looked into the manufacturer (Lilycare) and there is no evidence of them having any facilities in the U.S.A. In fact, the address on the product label belongs to a private residence on a cul-de-sac in California.
Taste: When I opened the jars, they smelled like lemon and menthol. I decided to try one anyway, and it tasted like lemon flavored chemicals.
Quality: A quick search for the manufacturer (Lilycare) online returns results showing that they are on lists of bad supplement manufacturers for claiming that their products contain certain ingredients, but this claim being proven false by third-party lab testing.
Overall, this is a VERY concerning product and I do not recommend it.

Both jars arrived sealed from the factory and taste fresh. The lemon flavor isn’t overpowering, but it is more of a fresh lemon taste rather than artificially flavored lemon in my opinion. They are very chewy and get a little bit sticky in your mouth while chewing, but they’re still pleasant to eat overall.

I really like these creatine gummies from Liilicare. They come with a 30-day supply, split between two bottles, and have a great lemony taste. In addition to the daily recommended amount of creatine, they also include BCAAs, taurine, and collagen peptides, which are nice added bonuses.
The gummies are sugar-free, which is important to me as I try to reduce my refined sugar intake. Plus, they’re non-GMO, vegan, and made in the USA, which gives me confidence that the ingredients listed are what I’m actually getting.
The only improvement I’d suggest is for Liilicare to get this product GMP certified in the future, but overall, it’s a great option for creatine supplementation.
