As an end consumer of this product that just wants some creatine, this review is simply about the actual gummies and not their contents. I’m choosing to trust that they have everything they say they have in them. As for the taste, I wasn’t sure what to expect when I got these, but it sure wasn’t pale blue gummy bears. That being said, they actually taste really good. I struggle with remembering supplements a lot of times, but these taste good enough that I haven’t forgotten them. I haven’t really noticed extra energy, but I can say that they are a good gummy that doesn’t get stuck in your teeth for hours. Assuming I’m actually getting all of the things it says, I think these are a pretty good way to supplement and a pretty good value.

There’s also misspelled words on the actual packaging and the picture on the listing like “shellfish” and “dairy”. Those things for me are a loss of credibility. I still tried them though. They taste ok, and they are more convenient to take than the powder form I currently take. I just can’t move past the red flags…who knows what’s even really in these?…

I haven’t had any creatine gummies that tasted as good as these. One of the main reasons I tend to stop with my creatine dosing is due to having to mix powders on a daily basis. I’ve found more consistency in using capsules, but these gummies are by far the most convenient method. They are made with superb quality and do a good job of providing energy for you and serving as a solid incremental pre or post workout supplement. I may become a gummy user over all other forms.
