I’ve been using the ‘powdered’ format for consuming creatine for awhile, and it’s probably my least favorite ‘powder’ – It’s more of a ‘grain’ size and I can never seem to get it to dissolve properly. I always end up with that ‘last sip’ just being a string of creatine stuck at the bottom of my glass. Not only is it unpleasant to drink, I’m not getting the full amount I measure out.
With these gummies, they have none of the same problems. With 4 gummies I get the same dose as I’d normally get from the powder, but it tastes great and is super convenient. I’m much more likely to stay consistent on getting the creatine I’m looking for with this because it’s just a lot easier and more pleasant this way. I have no idea about absorption or efficacy, I’m just assuming that if I get 5 grams, it’s just as good as the powder (or better since I don’t have any leftover in the bottom of the glass).

These taste delicious, they are sugar-free, and you can’t beat that price. I chew 6 gummies in the morning to get 10g of creative per day. Other brands I researched, I would need to eat more gummies per day to hit 10g. This is my first experience with creatine and I can confidently say I am never trying powdered creatine. This is where it’s at.

I like this creatine and have been taking it for muscle building and maintenance for 2 months. I just got my second set of 2 bottles. They taste good. They don’t have any crazy weird aftertaste. My one complaint is that they are almost impossible to get out of the bottles. I have to transfer them into a different container when I get them. The packaging should be something with a wide mouth – not a teeny bottle.
