I must start this review by saying if possible, you will get much more creatine for your dollar purchasing micronized creatine powder, the price per serving will be many times lower. I can ONLY recommend these if you specifically want the gummy format, but with that being said, these are some of the cheaper creatine gummies on Amazon, at $23 for 30 servings where these normally range from $20-40 for 30 servings.
These gummies are small, containing 2500mg of creatine each. They are easy to take compared to creatine capsules, which may require you to take 3-5 large capsules to receive a sufficient dose of creatine. I was able to chew and swallow these without any issues, and surprisingly, the taste was not bad at all, similar to normal pineapple gummy bears and without any gritty texture. The format is very compact and convenient for traveling or keeping in a bag or backpack.
The only thing to note is that, as opposed to normal creatine powder, you must drink a lot of water separately with these which would normally be given to you by mixing the powder with water. Creatine both needs water to be properly digested and to be effective, and this is not noted on the packaging as far as I can see.

These gummies are pretty decent. They have a fruity flavor…lemonish, but not really lemon. They are a bit firmer than some gummies but still easy enough. Not sure if it was the brand or just me, but I got the “typical” stomach issues for the first few days of creatine loading using them. I was taking only one a day, but after about a week (along with adjusting to taking them after a meal) all my issues went away. So far I am starting week 3 but have not noticed any performance difference in the gym yet.

These are pretty good. All creatine gummies require multiple to hit their listed dose and these are no exception – two is the 5 mg. Many brands require 4 to get to that same level, so if you are looking at pricing take that into account!
A bit of an aftertaste but not bad. I find the tart flavors work better with creatine so the pineapple works good but not great as it is sweet with just a bit of tart.
The B, which can help with energy, is a nice addition. I think this is a good option for on the way to the gym or first thing in the morning to get your brain going.

This was a very convenient way to take my creative while traveling. The bottle is small and doesn’t take much space. The gummies are surprisingly delicious.

I’ve been taking 5g of creatine daily for a long time now. The Naked Creatine powder has been my go-to, but it involves mixing into a shake or similar and as much as I love it, can be inconvenient at times. I’ve tried some creatine in the pill form for convenience, but I’ve found it tends to hurt my tummy a little bit.
So, creatine in a gummy form? Sure, why not! I decided to cut out my powder and rely exclusively on these instead to see how well they work. Results: I’ll be buying more.
Pros;
– THE TASTE! These are amazing, and I certainly don’t accidentally skip them because I look forward to enjoying my “workout candy” each day. I have not had any gummy candy or supplements that taste so great.
– 5g in a service of two gummies seems to do the trick—I’m seeing no changes in gym or mental performance by switching away, so the dosing feels accurate.
– No tummy ache! I’m very glad about this one, as it was a major concern of mine.
– Convenience.
– Vegan.
Cons:
– There does not appear to be any 3rd party testing which does make me a little wary. This is an important aspect of supplements that I look for to be called out on the packaging.
In all, I do feel as though these are working just as well as other creatine I’ve tried and I do intend to purchase more for the convenience.

These BSSTABBON Creatine Monohydrate Gummies 5000mg with L-Taurine and Vitamin B12 are most convenient. Just two gummies gets you your full does. The texture of the gummies are smooth and on the slightly firmer side of gummies (but not a lot, just enough to distinguish it from the soft candy kind). The addition of L-Taurine and Vit B12 are welcome additions. The pineapple flavor is slightly sweet with a tiny hint of tart at the end, so enjoyable. While powder form may be more cost effective, the convenience of these (consuming as well as travelling with then) makes them a win in my book.
