Taste good and good texture, just like any other vitamin, will have to wait and see if they make a difference or not tho, been using about 2 weeks, havent noticed much yet but muscle growth takes time 🙂

These things taste great, to the point that you could market them as gourmet and sell them at a fancy candy shop. I don’t see where it specifically says a flavor, but I would prob call it almost a blackberry.
So, working from the assumption that they contain what they do they do (nothing to do with this particular company, just the nature of buying supplements online), I would totally grab them.

This is odd, it lists 2 completely different amounts of creatine. I’ve never seen this before. On the back, under the chart labeled “Supplement Facts” it states that a serving size is 2 gummies, and then states that said 2 gummies contain 5,000mg/5g of creatine, on the front of the label, in small print at the bottom (see pix), it states that each gummy contains 1g/1,000mg, meaning the serving size of 2 gummies only contains 2g/2,000mg. I’m guessing the latter number is closer to the truth. Also, for a product that’s just called “Creatine Monohydrate Gummies” you’d expect creatine to be the only supplement in them, but there’s 5 other supplements in here: 1g BCAA 2:1:1, 1g L-Taurine, 500µg Collagen Peptides, 200µg B12 (8,333% of the daily value of B12!) & 100mg Betaine Anhydrous. If you’re taking multivitamins and various other supplements containing B vitamins, BCAAs, Taurine, et al. you may not want to be taking all this extra stuff with them. I’m sure the other ingredients are only there so you can physically feel effects from the first dose, which is kind of sketchy since they don’t mention there’s anything other than creatine in them until you start reading the ingredients. I can’t recommend this product, nor do I trust the ingredients listed…these may not contain any creatine. I plan to just discard these and use a company I have more faith in.

Arrived very quickly and are a great addition to the daily vitamins and workout. My husband is excited about these. His brother is really into crossfit and is super buff, and he takes these, so he recommended them as a way to build muscle. Taste good and are cute little bears too!

I like these better than the powder, or drink mix versions of this supplement. It’s easy, efficient, and very portable way to take creatine.
These arrived well sealed, and were shipped promptly.

Well, I don’t have a lab to analyze the contents, but the ingredient list boasts a nice assortment of helpful items, beyond just the creatine. The flavor is very good, if not a little sweet. There aren’t a lot of filler ingredients, so the quality appears to be very high (again, going based on the label). The consistency and texture are also good, with these being firm enough to easily hold without becoming sticky, but also soft enough to easily chew. These are labeled Nature’s Truth, which appears to be a reputable brand with a proven track record, unlike many of the supplements sold online.

These taste great and are easy to chew at room temperature. I definitely would rather eat these than drink creatine that might not mix well. Even the micronized powders often aren’t entirely soluble. You can see from one of my pictures that it also includes a few other things, such as 1000 mg of Taurine, 1000 mg of BCAAs at a 2:1:1 ratio, and 200 mcg of B12. If you are in a loading phase with creatine and trying to get about 20 grams per day, you might not want the other stuff. But for a daily dose once you’ve reached muscle saturation, this is great.
However, there is some confusion on the packaging. On the front, it says “1 gram of creatine per gummy.” On the back, it says one serving is 2 gummies. Okay, that would be 2 grams of creatine per serving then, right? But then it says that the amount of Creatine Monohydrate per serving is 5000 mg (i.e., 5 grams). Being confident in the dosage is important, so I took off one star for that.

These taste very good, and go down easy. Nice texture. Love the flavor and so that makes it easier to remember to take them every day.
