in my opinion Creatine is the overall most effective supplement I take for heavy weightlifting. Creatine reduces soreness to the degree I can lift heavy everyday. Creatine also visibly improves muscle fullness, this is especially apparent if you choose to creatine load. This is a mid option because though it’s 120 gummies it’s only a 40 day supply where other brands at this price point will have 5g of creatine in two gummies with other supplements like Taurine are common. This is one of the best tasting creatine gummies, i like the soft powdery gummy texture, they taste great.

These gummies are my favorite way to get my creatine in for the day. While I still rely on a bulk powder for my day-to-day intake these are great for when I miss a dose for whatever rushed reason I have. Price per serving though is actually not bad at all, and I could see getting away with using these as a sole source of creatine, especially because they’re so good.
Maybe it’s because I’d normally inhale a bag of gummies that the three limit of these makes me want them so much more, but they really are perhaps the best-tasting and textured gummy I have had. I have to stop myself from eating more than a few, and will often have a “booster” (mental gymnastics to let myself eat one when I already have enough creatine earlier) at night to satisfy a sweet craving. They don’t upset my stomach either but I do eat them with some food every time. The ingredients are really clean and I especially like that they’re vegan too. Overall it’s the price is a little steep for a daily intake but doable for anyone who doesn’t scour for dirt-cheap bulk supplements like me.

I switched from a creatine powder to these gummies and I’m quite happy about it. No more endless stirring to try to get the powder to dissolve. These gummies have a realistic and pleasant taste and are quite enjoyable to eat. My workouts are as efficient as before, so I’m quite satisfied with this product.

If you are looking for a good tasting creatine gummy this brand has that covered. I tried the raspberry version and it is chewy and good tasting like a candy gummy. The issue I have is that, as with a lot of supplements sold on this site, is that the brand is unknown and there is no independent lab testing of their products. I prefer to spend my money on supplements produced by companies that I have some level of confidence in. For all I know this product is just a candy gummy with no real creatine in it.

I have reviewed creatine gummies before. So I have a few past examples to compare to with this new Leozmr one that I just received in the mail.
The packaging is nice, but typical. The gummies themselves are opaque, unlike other clear ones that I have received before. I must say, while I don’t think there is anything wrong with opaque appearance, I find clear or translucent gummies more appealing looking. The raspberry flavor is artificial, synthetic, and as expected. It was not unpleasant, but not my favorite. Overall, it’s ok. Finally, the texture is what you would reasonably expect, from the appearance. All of us has seen this type of gummies (whether supplement or candy) before, you’ll pretty much know what to expect. Soft, not too chewy, adequate.
As always, I cannot determine or prove if the supplements themselves are providing the creatine benefits, such as more muscular endurance at the gym, or mental clarity at work, but I mean, it could be working. We never know. I did not experience any side effects, especially the gastrointestinal kind. I would recommend you to treat this as candy, and maybe you’ll get some health benefits from it. Maybe.
Do note, to get your daily dose of 5000mg of creatine, you need to take 3 gummies total. So 120 gummies per bottle is actually 40 days supply. 3 gummies is actually quite logical considering how much bulk you’ll need to “contain” 5000mg of creatine molecules. That’s a legit manufacture element. And they are pleasant enough to consume for 3 per day. So not an issue there.
