I’ve taken creatine in powder and pill form before, this is my first time getting gummies and so far I have no complaints. This supplement caused my husband to have a negative reaction mimicking heart attack symptoms. After about two weeks of use as indicated, his resting heart rate increased by 20-30 bpm even when sleeping and he had periods of heart rate increasing to 127 bpm even at rest; he also experienced fatigue, feeling winded and lightheaded, and eventually neck and back pain. I had been taking the supplement at the same time, and while I didn’t react as poorly, my resting heart rate also increased by about 5 bpm. We had him checked out at an ER just in case and they gave him a clean bill of health and told him to stop taking the creatine gummies; since he did, all his symptoms have improved and are nearly gone at five days after his last dose. I don’t trust this product and I don’t recommend it.

I really hope that these contain the creatine that they claim to, because I love the flavor. Many supplements on the market don’t actually contain what they claim. Supposedly 2 of them contain 5g of creatine, which seems nearly impossible considering how good they taste.
Guess I’ll just have faith that they do, and take some pure creatine powder here and there as insurance.

I only got it today and I already love it. Its nice and smooth, doesn’t have any gritty texture that creatine usually has. Great flavor, not too sweet and sugar free! So good for my dental health!
And I find it hard to believe that only two gummies give you 5grams of creatine when you need 10 pills to get the same! I like the taste so much that I’m worried that I would eat too much lol.

I was skeptical at first on creatine in general and didn’t take these faithfully. I started taking them everyday and lifting heavy, gained 3.5lbs of muscle in 1 month. 💪🏼
