I love these. I rather have these gummies than the powder. With the powder I try to mix in with my protein and truthfully it does change the flavor. Or I need water to mix in and take it like a shot, sometimes it’s a bit much. So for taste and convenience the gummies are a great choice. I was excited that it was two 90 packs. I was like heck yeah, I am set for six months! No no, the serving size is two gummies lol. Still, I am set for 3 months. So for the price point maybe it is pricier than the powder but for the convenience and the flavor I am down for them. The gummies are pretty tasty and easy to chew and swallow. I probably will buy more after I am done with this batch.

The creatine monohydrate gummies are convenient and easy to implement into a workout schedule or on the go. The dosing is consistent, and the taste is good, with no sugar added. The consistency of the gummies varies between soft and moderately hard, but still easily chewable.

I’m a big fan of supplements in gummy form – it just feels like more of a treat that way! These have a nice subtle flavor to them, and they chew well. They have a nice bite to them and don’t stick to my teeth at all.
I chose these because I’ve been reading more and more about the health benefits of Creatine for women, especially for bone health. I’ve just recently entered surgical menopause, so bone health is a big concern of mine. I need to make sure I’m going everything I can to preserve my bone health now, so adding in these Creatine gummies to my routine is a no-brainer. The ingredients are clean, no added sugars, and having it in gummy form makes it just so much easier for me to take regularly.

I’m on the fence what to rate this. It is rather expensive for creatine. Mostly, you just need a big can of creating monohydrate and you use 5 mg a day in a drink and that’s it.
The gummy version lets you not need to mix it, which is sometimes convenient. Creatine doesn’t taste good in water, and there are times where I don’t have anything on hand to mix it into. It’s maybe 3 or 4 times the price per dose, but you get a real convenience out of it.
As far as these specific gummies go, they are much better tasting than others I’ve tried. I can’t really test how good the creatine is, so the taste and price are pretty much the main thing. These are almost a treat. I don’t know that I’m buying this again, but I don’t think anybody would be disappointed with these.

On day 3 of using these before the gym and can tell these give a good boost before getting a workout in. They taste good and don’t have a odd aftertaste like some other supplements.

There are many benefits to supplementing daily with creatine. Gummies are a convenient way to get your creatine without having to mix it into a drink, though a little more expensive per dose than bulk powders. For this reason, I like to use them when I travel. The standard recommended dose is 5G (5,000mg) orally daily. This means you will take two bears once a day and this two bottle pack will last you 90 days. These gummies are soft, easy to chew and flavor is a nice strawberry that is not too sweet. Unfortunately, like many supplements, this one is not independently verified by a third party lab as to potency and ingredients. The origin of this supplement is not listed anywhere, but NOAVII is based in China for those who want to know.

i ordered this creatine monohydrate gummies for one reason, i ran out of my creatine stock. these gummies are nice and chewy like a gummy should be, not soo sweet and super easy to take. each serving provides the daily recommended dose of creatine monohydrate. the bet thing of these gummies is that you dont ahve to worry about any mess that could occur with powders and no need to carry water either. these gummies are tasty and the 2 pack i purchased has 90 gummies per bottle which equates to 45 servings per bottle. these gummies are produced in a facility compliant with strict cGMP standards and are Non-GMO and Gluten Free. like i said in the title this is my favorite way of taking my daily dose of creatine monohydrate.
