I like taking these before a workout, after a workout (for recovery), or simply when I need a little boost. I woudn’t say that they taste like blueberries or blueberry flavor specifically, but it is a nice berry flavor! I prefer creatine gummies because the powder can be chalky and often tastes bad, and it settles in beverages. These are fun, easy, quick, convenient, and a tasty way to get your creatine in. A two pack for $32.99 is a really great and fair price for these. These somehow actually do boost my energy more than some other supplements that are supposed to do. For example, even just earlier today I was feeling tired/sluggish and cranky before having to go to a dinner event. I took these, and soon after started to feel like I could get through the rest of the evening. Five stars from me.

I have been taking creatine for almost 6 months now for the supposed benefits for brain and muscle health for seniors. I do a weight-lifting class once a week and I have noticed that since taking Creatine, I have less muscle pain during the workout and the day after…this has allowed me to increase my weights progressively quite well. These gummies are really easy to take, so I can just grab them on the way out the door and not have to remember to mix up a powder in my water bottle. They really don’t taste like blueberry to me, but the taste is not unpleasant and they dissolve fairly well when chewed. They are not sticky or overly gummy in texture. And for me, at a cost of approximately $10 a month, the price for this supplement is terrific!
Side note: I have been a Vine member for almost two years and I give totally honest reviews. To earn 5 stars, the products I review have to be really well made, perform extremely well, and have a decent price point. I have no qualms coming back to revise my reviews if products fail to perform or turn out to be junk.

These tasty creatine monohydrate gummies offer many potential benefits, especially for athletes and fitness enthusiasts who desire increased muscle mass and strength. This works because creatine helps increase muscle mass and strength by raising the availability of energy within muscle cells. I use them to increase muscle definition during weight training but this fine product improves exercise performance in various ways – for example: increased power output helps me lift heavier weights/perform more repetitions. Additionally, you will be able to train harder and for longer. I’ve tried creatine in many forms and it’s a nasty-tasting product. So, these good-tasting gummies are a real treat! They are easy to chew, and dissolve fairly quickly. I appreciate no mixing or messing as I did often in the past with powdered products. Strangely, just because they taste better, I will be more compliant in my exercise routine.

I’ve never taken creatine before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. At my age, I’ll take any benefits I can get. Apparently, Creatine isn’t just for young people who workout. It appears there are some benefits for older people as well.
These gummies are particularly tasty and they are soft, but not sticky. Also they are sugar-free. Personally I like the convenience of taking gummies rather than tablets, capsules, or powders.
For $32.99 (price at time of this review), I got two bottles of 90 gummies each. That is a three month supply if you take the recommended dose, so that makes the price rather reasonable.
I’ve been taking them for about a week, so it is too soon to know how effective they are and of course, each person’s experience is individual.

Flavor is decent enough, it’s not really like a blueberry but still reminds you of something that could be blueberry. Aftertaste is mid, but you do get a good boost. Gummies are kind of stuck together at the bottom, but after having eaten enough gummies I was able to break them apart by smacking the container a couple of times.

I am a Creatine user, this is not “new” to me. Great stuff. I prefer Creatine Monohydrate powder. Sure, it doesn’t dissolve (it suspends), it is kinda chalky texture, and OK some other minor details. I still prefer the powder.
So why did I order these gummies? They have flavor, they don’t “mix,” they are what I just told you I don’t like? They are portable. They are convenient. I don’t have to do anything; pull two (2) gummies out of the jar. No mixing, no making sure I have a water bottle, no carrying powder. I order gummies for the convenience factor. I don’t order for flavor either, as long as they aren’t “off” I am fine.
GMP, double-sealed, mine expire 11-2026 (stamped with lot number and expiration). Confident that it is what it says it is.

I’m a senior and I’ve never taken creatine directly in any form. Maybe as an ingredient in a protein powder or protein supplement but not in a dosage such as this. So far it has been a breeze with no side effects. I feel a bit more energized in my workouts and recovery feels about the same but I’ve only recently started taking these. From what I read, it takes a bit more time. I will admit that it has helped with my focus in the morning and has greatly reduced my grogginess after my afternoon cat-naps. Much better than downing a caffeine drink. A+++ for effectiveness, easy to chew and digest, good taste.

I always take creatine before exercise. I have tried pills and powders. This is my first time to try the soft candy type. The experience is good. It is easy to eat, tastes good and does not stick to teeth. The effect is similar to other types. The price-performance ratio is OK.
