These creatine gummies first come off as sticky when handling them or looking in the bottle, but surprisingly they are extremely soft and easy to chew without being sticky on teeth, they are also delicious like a blueberry candy, the serving size is 5 gummies which is not an issue since they taste so good and is so easy to quickly chew them up, each serving provides 5000 mg of Creatine Monohydrate, 2g of sugar, and 6g of Carbohydrate and the container will provide 30 servings, so far these have agreed well with no noticeable side effects, I usually take them after a workout, however as with most supplements it’s difficult to notice changes with short term use, but this is definitely a delicious and easy way to take creatine especially on the go.
These gummies do have a few cons, they taste too much like candy and that makes it tempting to eat more than the suggested serving size, they are also sweetened using 3 sweeteners, xylitol and erythritol and stevia. (xylitol is toxic to dogs, so these should be kept out of reach of dogs and children as-well.)
Overall I highly recommend, 5G of creatine, soft and easy to chew, pleasant flavor, 5-gummies daily, no artificial colors or flavors, gluten-free, 150 gummies (30 servings), GMP certified facility, my container was well sealed with a great exp date of 12/2025.

I’m a believer in Creatine… it’s a staple in my workout supplementation. Helps with muscle recovery and growth. I normally mix powder, but decided to giving different brands of gummies a shot here lately. They’re pricier than the powder, but a lot more convenient for on-the-go.
The gummies have a pleasant enough flavor. I appreciate that they’re low in sugar content and high strength (5g per serving). The price ($35.99) is a bit pricey for a 1 month supply @ 5g per serving. I think the company will need to come down on their price to stay competitive. Otherwise, I would recommend them.

Creatine gummies are a topical subject at times, and these seem to be pretty good, claiming GMP and 3rd parry tested, which is important to ensure they actually contain creatine. The creatine per gummy is pretty low, but taking 5 gummies is still easy, just a few more calories that someone cutting may prefer to avoid. These are great otherwise!

I know I will just sound lazy, but the worst part of creatine is remembering to mix it in a drink and then not having it dissolve all the way. This just makes it so easy.
If you forget to mix in your creatine or you are just in a hurry you just grab the gummies real quick. They taste great and really I have zero complaints.

These gummies taste very good, in my opinion. I unfortunately haven’t had the opportunity to really test, through regular exercise, whether they faithfully recreate the effects of creatine monohydrate powder, or not. I DO feel that even with my sometimes sporadic and/or insufficient calorie intake, I’ve managed to keep most of my “size.” Whether that’s through water retention alone or by some other means, I personally like that. I’ve always been a pretty small and slender guy, and even that illusion of size, if you like, caused by water retention is a welcome side effect for the sake of making efforts I put forth appear more meaningful, and therefore giving me additional drive to continue.
Anyway, these creatine gummies seem to be a good alternative for people who may be either burnt out on powders, or otherwise have trouble getting their 5g in through powder alone. I will say, the price is a bit steep when compared directly to those powders, so it’s a bit more difficult to recommend to people who aren’t experiencing difficulties with powder. If you need to change up your routine, though, or you might like a bit of a sweet treat that does double duty as a creatine supplement, this product may be for you.
I can’t fault the product itself in any aspect of its presentation or performance. I haven’t researched this company’s lineup, but judging just from this product, it appears it was made competently, by a company that shows a level of care for the quality of product they offer.

I already take creatine in powder form which I mix into drinks. This is another (and more convenient) way to get my daily dose of creatine when I don’t have time to mix the powder kind into a drink.
One serving size is 5 gummies (5g) which is the same serving amount of one scoop of the powder I take. I recently finished another brand of creatine gummies. They were good too and tasted like strawberries. These are blue, have a good taste, and taste like blue berries. These are very moist which is good (I had some other gummies in the past that were too dry). I take creatine before a workout or one of my hockey games. Creatine is supposed to give a boost to your workout and recovery and hydrate muscles. These are a great alternative to the powder creatine.

This is the second brand of creatine chews I’ve purchased – and I much prefer these! The flavor is tasty and they’re actually chewy, unlike other creatine gummies on the market. As for the creatine content, I assume it’s up to snuff. Reasonably priced for creatine on the go, I’d probably buy this again!

Gummies are the best way to take supplements, and these are a great way to get your daily Creatine. I am a big believer in Creatine for anyone that is moderately active, it just helps out with everything. Getting it usually means you have some sort of powder and shaker cup, which isnt always as convenient. With these gummies you can just grab and go. They taste great! The only downside is that it is a bit more expensive that just the powder by itself. Great product!
