Almost 40, two kids in the past five years and needed to really help my body by providing the proper things to get back to optimal health: sleep, hydration, exercise and nutrition. The tablets have a pleasant taste, they do not upset my stomach whether I take them with food or not, and I can feel my recovery and energy exacerbate. Over all i like the way the product works and makes me feel but its also the equivalent to taking a flintstones vitamin as a kid. Its hard to chew and once it breaks down the chalky texture was not my cup of tea, plus the flavor is not the best.

After I turned 50, I realized that it is harder to add muscle when working out.
I tried these because they also have collagen added.
I have tried several products over the past year, and this has been my favorite. These have helped add some of the tone back to my arms (when lifting weights). I feel like I sleep a little better at night as well. Will continue buying this product!

This is my first time taking this and it has helped me a lot on my workouts giving me energy and helping me to develop my strength at the gym. The price is good for what you get. It is easy to take and carry with me and I like the taste. I will definitely be ordering more.

I tried these to help me build muscle and definition. Even working out often with weights. as a vegetarian I wasn’t getting the protein you need to build muscle. I started with protein powder but once I added these tablets the difference has been significant. A noticeable increase in toned muscle mass.
They are easy to take and taste nice.

I experienced the worst feeling only after taking one pill ( chewable ) instead of three! I had the worst headache, nauseation, feeling off the entire day after only taking one!! My head felt very light as if I just needed to lay down the rest of the day . I only took one instead of three and I literally felt light headed dizzy for 24 hours straight! …
I read the reviews and because it had decent ratings and thought I’d try it. Again, The first time I did it made me feel light-headed and dizzy the entire day. I decided to try it Weeks Later. The second time I thought I tried again and I experience the exact same thing!
Do not! I repeat do not take this if you have any sensitivity to anything! Example, heart problems, high blood pressure or any kind of sensitivity this will make you feel like you need to check into the emergency room! I typically don’t write reviews but somebody needs to read this before they buy it !

It’s easy to digest. The serving size does say three a day but I only took one maybe 30-40 mins before I worked out. It gave me energy while working out and it also helped with my recovery time after a intense workout I noticed I was as sore for as long any longer. I had some loose skin that has began to tighten while using creative and working out. I would say it’s worth the money spent. The taste also wasn’t bad. The texture is a lil chalky but it dissolved quickly so it won’t just sit in your mouth. And I didn’t recognize any after taste. The most I have taken in a day was three but I thought that was a bit excessive. They are bite size and hard to the touch. Keep out of reach of children.
