    Creatine powder disgusts me. I cannot drink it— it does not blend with anything. Water, juice, coffee, etc. It always has that gritty texture. It might be more cost effective, but only if you actually take it every day, which I did not.

    I switched to capsules in November 2024 and it has helped me stay consistent with my creatine intake. I’ve definitely felt results! My body looks pretty much the same but my strength gains have been noticeable— especially for my upper body strength as a man.

    In my opinion, these capsules are the best bang for your buck. Affordable options to buy in bulk, and third party tested. Good quality all around.

    I’ve gotten back into weight lifting over the past 4 months and when I was deep in it before, I was taking creatine consistently. I remembered it worked well before so I wanted to find a nice clean brand to try again and this one fits the bill. I take it consistently every day at lunchtime and lift a few hours later and after about a week for it to build up in my system, I was noticing I was fatiguing slower. For example, when doing 3 sets of 10 reps on an exercise, I was near complete failure at rep 5 of the last set. Now, I’m still feeling the failure at the same time but it just seems there’s more gas in the tank to power through. The only reason for 4 stars is the directions and serving size are misleading. It says the serving size is 3 capsules, but the directions say to take 2 capsules daily with water. What gives?

    I am someone who relies heavily upon supplements to assist with my overall, health and well-being, and fitness goals.
    Creatine is a must for me.
    After a workout, it is necessary to take it to help gain and maintain muscle.
    I have always taken it in powder form and after my workout, I usually can’t take it till I get home from the gym.
    So, when I came across it in capsule form, I was very happy to find it.
    I went ahead and placed the order for it and it arrived very quickly.
    And I absolutely love it.
    It’s a great way to take it, very convenient and easy to be able to carry it with you.
    The milligrams are exactly what you should be taking and I just find this to be a very high-quality product.
    I also think it’s a great value for the money.
    So if you’re looking for a new way to take your creatine, look no further.

    So I have taken quite a few creatine supplements over the years and have had issues with nausea or upset stomach on cheaper low quality ones. I will start off by saying I have had NO stomach problems with this creatine which is awesome!

    I have been taking it about 2 weeks daily and noticed its effects after week 1. I have almost a constant pump which is excellent but have also had a great increase in strength and endurance. I work a manual labor job so it is a bit different than performance in the gym but I have noticed being able to lift more and for longer with less rest over the course of my 10 hour days and in turn have been building muscle mass and cut significantly in my arms, back, and shoulders within just a few weeks time. I have really defined lats now that even doing similar work I never had as pronounced as they are now.

    I also notice that I have more energy throughout the day when I take it in the morning as opposed to simply dumping more caffeine in my system.

    All in all this is one of the best most noticeable creatine supplements I have taken and will continue taking. I highly recommend it!

    I’ve been taking creatine monohydrate for some time for its numerous muscle support benefits. This supplement, by Allcoovita, offers a daily dose of 2500mg in a 3-capsule serving. However, the label is confusing. Under “Directions” at the bottom of the label “take two capsules daily,”. So, which is it, three or two capsules per serving?

    I take just one capsule per day, but I am also taking creatine gummies and have adjusted the total daily creatine dose so that I’m not taking more than 5000mg. Taking more is considered safe, but more isn’t necessarily better. Speak to your health care professional before taking any supplements. Although additional creatine supplementation may result in bloating (water retention) and stomach discomfort. Unused creatine is “wasted” in a sense, as it is excreted in the urine. A “just right” dose may depend on your body weight, age, sex and physical condition, but 5000mg is generally considered safe and appropriate. If you have side effects, as mentioned, reduce your daily intake. This product offers a dose of 2500mg, so no worries.

    The exception would be the “loading phase” where you take several doses daily for several days. For example: taking 20-25 grams of creatine, split into 4-5 equal doses for 5-7 days. This allows your muscle cells to be saturated more quickly. Then you transition to a “maintenance phase” of say, 5000mg/day. It allows the benefits to be experienced sooner. Simply dosing with a maintenance amount daily can take a month or so, but it ends up working the same. I prefer the simpler, lower dose method, although it does take longer.

    Since the bottle has 90 capsules and I take just one per day, this works out to a three-month supply for me. I like it and am glad I found it. Very happy with this purchase.
