The Creatine Monohydrate 2500mg capsules are easy to take, and the gluten-free, non-GMO formulation is a nice bonus for those with dietary restrictions. It provides a decent boost in strength and endurance during workouts, but it doesn’t seem as potent as some other creatine products I’ve used. The 2500mg per serving is a bit lower than what I’ve found in other brands, so I had to adjust my dosage slightly. While it does help with muscle recovery, I wasn’t blown away by the results. It’s a solid option if you want something simple, but it might not be powerful enough for more intense training routines.

These capsules are great for getting your creatine even on the go. I take these daily and they are very helpful when traveling. They aren’t too big and are easy to take.

My son takes this while he is lifting weights and working out during baseball season. No negative side effects. He seems to be fine taking it on an empty stomach as well. So far so good!

I am a big believer in creatine, been using it since 1996.
My preference is powder, mixed in my protein smoothies, but I do keep capsules handy for days I do not get my daily dose (10 grams) through smoothies.
How does this stack up?
3 capsules are supposed to provide 2.5 grams of creatine, the 3 capsules actually weigh 2.7 grams so it is most likely they actually do have the 2.5 grams creatine. Creatine is a cheap product to make so it is not likely that a company would cheat by using fillers, In fat according to consumer labs, pretty much all brands (Last count 8 brands) had the actual label amount of creatine.
That being said, this brand was not on the list – and there is no indication on the bottle that this is third party tested, Which is why it does not make 5 stars (a few brands are third party tested)
While this creatine is not “micronized” or any other fancy term applied, I personally do not believe it makes any difference. In my opinion plain creatine monohydrate is as good as it gets.
Other than that – just simply do the math – cost per gram – and you should be good to go.

If you are wanting to skip the taste of creatine or just drinking too much water try these. I like easier methods of taking supplements.

I like taking creatine using capsules. It’s more convenient for me to take creatine using capsules. You always know the exact amount you’re taking. Creatine does work for me. It doesn’t taste like anything. When lifting weights, you feel stronger.
I haven’t noticed any side effects so far. These capsules are very easy to take.

I was pleasantly surprised how well this creatine worked. I had went back to the gym after a long long while when I first got it and it helped immensely with the terrible muscle pain that you get when started a new workout regimen. Within a few hours I noticed that the muscle pain was much more manageable. As I have continued to use it, I started taking 2 capsules before my workouts instead of after and I noticed that I had way more stamina and was working out longer and harder than before. The capsules are little on the bigger side but I personally don’t have problems swallowing them. They don’t really have a smell either. They are very affordable and I feel like the price is actually worth it. I will say that when I first started taking them I think they made me retain extra water all over, but after consistently taking them for a few weeks that went away.
