This was my first experience with a liquid creatine supplement, and I was intrigued by the potential for faster absorption through sublingual administration. This supplement goes beyond just creatine and contains other muscle-building supporting nutrients, enhancing its overall effectiveness.
If you are not already in the know, don’t be fooled by the seemingly low creatine dosage. 1500 mg (or 1.5 grams) of Creatine HCL is considered to be roughly equivalent to 5 grams of Creatine Monohydrate. This is due to the enhanced solubility of Creatine HCL, which allows for a smaller dose to achieve the same effects as a larger dose of Creatine Monohydrate.
I appreciate that there is no artificial junk in this product, and I found the natural citrus flavor very palatable. A small tip for using any sublingual product: it’s best to let the liquid remain in the mouth for 30 seconds to a minute, preferably under the tongue, for optimal absorption.

Very easy to take this creatine supplement, no powders or mixing needed, this is my first time trying Creatine as HCL form and so far I really like it, the orange flavor is excellent, the liquid consistency is similar to a light syrup, I am able to take it directly from the dropper, or it can be added to water or juice if needed, the dropper also has markings on it up to 1 ml, so you can easily measure the correct serving size, which is 2 ml daily or 2 full droppers, I also like this supplement uses high quality vitamins, BCAAs, and CoQ10, I usually like to take it after my workout for recovery, so far this creatine supplement agrees perfectly with no bloat, digestion issues or other side effects.

I got this recently.
It is a bottle filled with liquid vitamin supplements.
What caught my eye about this bottle, and totally influenced my purchase, was the very high dose of liquid b12 going along with the small dose of liquid creatine.
I know liquid vitamin supplements work faster than most other delivery systems.
I do not know what that means with creatine….but i most certainly know what it means for b12, and it is a good thing.
I have never seen this high an amount of b12 together with creatine.
They do go together if you are a workout musvle building person.
If you are one of those people….this little bottle is for you!

I picked this up this container for my 19 year old son who has been hitting the gym daily and supplementing with creatine. He normally takes pills. In comparison. this supplement actually offers less creatine than his usual pill form and much less that a lot of other supplements. This offers 1500 mgs while his offers 3000mgs and others offer 5000mgs. I’m not real sure how much is needed under what conditions, but I suspect this is something that will need to be considered for cost and use. It has a decent orange flavor that is not overwhelming and a little oily. I didn’t find any issue taking this directly and the flavor is not real notable when mixed with water or shakes.
While there are no added sugars or noted sugars on the label, this product is sweetened with vegetable glycern. I should note here these have added supplements which include reatine Hydrochloride (1500 mg), L-Glutamine (200 mg), L-Carnitine (200 mg), BCAA instant sunflower (100 mg), vitamin C (100 mg), vitamin B12 (5000 mcg), vitamin D3 (50 mcg), plus CoQ10 (50 mg) for boosted energy and mental wellness so this would not be a wise choice for a post afternoon or evening work out as they may impact your sleep quality. These are vegan friendly, gluten free, non GMO and good product certified. No noting on the label and food allergy precautions nor notes about being produced in a facility that does not use these ingredients so I would not feel safe taking these if you have a food allergy. Additionally, it does not state where these have been manufactured. Dosage is 2mls and this container offers 30 servings and has a shelf life of about 2 years based on the exp date on the bottom. This seems like a decent product, though lower on creatine content. At the present price of $19.99 + 30% off coupon this appears to be with in fair market value.
