I was only able to use this product twice. I figured I would ease my way in and just take one pill with my protein shakes after my exercise. Each time I had a full day of heartburn and even taking Prilosec before didn’t stop it completely. It could just be the certain people are more sensitive to this as some reviews say they have heartburn most other people have no problem whatsoever. I did not notice any impact on energy or recovery but then again I was just taking the one pill. Other people commented that there was a lot of loose powder or opened pills in their container. I also found this to be the case. This may work for some people, but it did not work out for me. I don’t like leaving one star reviews as they are often left out of pettiness, but for ME this product was unusable.
