I am not a huge bodybuilder but I do lift weights four to five times a week. I did want a creatine supplement that I didn’t have to drink and this does the trick.
The main thing about these is the gummies are quite large and you must take three of them in order to get the full dosage. The full dosage is 3 mg whereas you could get other supplements for 5 mg. So I don’t know that the value is great on this one since at three per serving you are going to use up this bottle super fast to only get a light dose of creatine.
The taste I would consider a little above neutral. It is not so bad that I don’t want to take them but they don’t taste like candy either.

Read the bottle as this is for a serving size of 3mg versus the normal 5mg per day recommended. For 3mg it’s three gummies and the bottle contains 90. If you want the 5mg you’d be out in like three weeks at most. Just something to note. Taste was great and texture was good. Just wouldn’t recommend because you need to eat so many to get the recommended daily value.

I’ve tried so many supplements and powders out there… and this one is pretty good. It has a good enough taste that I dont feel like I have to gag it down. The gummies are a good texture, they aren’t super chalky nor are they super sticky.
I think I might have a slight improvement to my workouts and recovery? I just recently started a new program so it’s a little hard to accurately judge.
I’d recommend trying these out though, you never exactly know if a supplement will work for you unless you try it out yourself.

Creatine has been used by body builders and athletes for some time, but recent research indicates brain and memory benefits may be obtained with regular ingestion of therapeutic amounts.
Gummies are a convenient and often quite tasty way to get a dose of creatine on-the-go, or whenever one wants. I decided the lemon flavor of these was a bit too strong so won’t get them again. however, they were easy to ingest and no doubt others would find them tasty as can be.

As usual the main concern with supplements is how easy they are to consume and digest. I had no problems with these. Supplement seems legit as my workouts and progress is normal compared to other brands.
The dosage was a bit odd from what I’m used to so I was eating like an extra half gummy to get my regular amount. Bottle might not last as long as advertised for some people who like a higher dose.
