These gummies have a very mild strawberry flavor.
The texture is good with no aftertaste.
I like that they are sugar free.
What I don’t like is the dosage is 4 gummies per day, that is a lot.

These are so much more convenient than mixing the powder. Sometimes I just didn’t want to drink it (same with protein shakes in the morning).
The flavor is great and they are not overly “sticky” getting stuck in your teeth. No added sugar! Excellent if you’re trying to limit carbs. These will definitely help in rebuilding muscle mass following my knee surgery.
The price is reasonable for a 1 month supply.
The only real downside is that you need to eat 4 of them for a single “serving”. I think they could have crammed more into each so you could only do 2 and get the same amount of creatine.

Very good strawberry flavored gummies that you can take now without going into mixing creatine powder like in the “old” days. That’s because Creatine before were used by body builders using the powders mixed in water before big workout.
However many studies found out that Creatine is beneficial not only for body builders but also for those who need to maintain good muscle mass. Older people over 65 or people recovering from major illness or surgery have to start building protein mass especially in the form of muscles. The recommendation was to start using Creatine to “push” the protein into muscles and maintain stronger tone. In the elderly, falls are often devastating especially due to weaker muscles and balance problem.
I am over 65 and have been taking Creatine for years now. But I prefer these good tasting gummies instead of powder. It’s easier and convenient.
These gummies are not that chewy like others I had before. Strawberry is my favorite. Expiration date is almost 3 years away into 2027. One serving is considered 4 gummies. Great health product.

In my opinion creatine is one of the best supplements around, for both men and women. Usually you take it in powder form, but this is in a convenient gummy form. These have a great strawberry flavor to the. In each bottle, you get 30 servings. I like that there is zero added sugar. My only complaint, which is minor, is that you have to take 4 gummies per serving. Other than that, these are a great convenient source of creatine in my opinion.

I have been taking creatine daily not just to boost my exercise efficiency and recovery but to help with mental clarity and memory. These have been easy to take every morning with my other meds/vitamins and I have seen no drop in effectiveness over my other supplements so I am assuming they are working well.

They taste okay, not great, but still a convenient way to get a dose or partial dose of creatine if I’m not having a shake or something to mix powder in and I don’t want to risk gettin powder on my shirt by dry scooping. Good for taking on trips and such. Here are my concerns with the product:
1. this is a product made in China. I am super sketched out by food and supplements made in China because the quality controls are so low, how do I know the amount of Creatine is actually in the gummies as stated? Are there heavy metals in them as has been reported in the news often with supplements and food coming from China.
2. When I did a Google search for AcentialLabs, not much comes up, and what does come up at Tiktok links and links to products on Alibaba. When I clicked on the Btefls store link on Amazon, it isn’t a supplement company, it also has window shades, blinds, and other such things they sell. This doesn’t instill confidence in the brand as being a quality supplement company.
3. Ingredients. Malitol is the first ingredient. There is no such thing. I’m assuming this is a typo (again, doesn’t help build confidence that there are typos on the ingredient label) for Maltitol. Maltitol can cause stomach cramps and diahrea. It wouldn’t be my first choice, I’d rather just them use sugar since it will help with absorbtion of creatine. Or use allulose as a non-nutritive sweetener since it is much healthier and safer and not very many creatine gummies are using that ingredient so it would give this product an edge. But, again, it all goes back to confidence in a brand, and there are things here that shake my confidence in the product.

I like taking gummies instead of big vitamins and prefer these over powdered drinks. The gummies have a nice soft texture and a good fruity taste. Not overly sweet so these are easy to eat. I take them before working out. The label provides guidance on dosage because I don’t think overloading on creatine is great for you. I usually eat only one before a workout. It at least gives me the perspective to workout harder because the creatine will help with better results. Good supply of several months depending on how many you take.
