This product is jam packed with different ingredients that are so beneficial. It makes it almost effortless to get in all of these different supplements in just one single dosage. It’s very easy to take with no bad taste. I originally got this for the myo inositol but got very excited that it’s so much more than that.

I mix it in with my fruit smoothie and I love that it helps my body after workouts. I don’t notice any chalkly or lumpy globs in my drink either.

My wife has been taking this for a few weeks now and has had no issues with it. She likes the flavor and how it makes her feel. A lot of times powders do not taste good and one has to suffer through it. This isn’t so with this one.
The powder is filled with things that your body will need when you workout or just through normal every day living. The most important thing for my wife is the muscle building and iron supplement. This has helped her with working outside and at her business. The biotin has also helped with her joint pain. Her nails and hair are even looking better.
This is not vegan or vegetarian as it contains eggs and fish. It is made in the United States with ingredients from all over the world.
This is a solid supplement. Whether you use it for pre workout of just for every day use this is a good way to start in your aid for better fitness. If you are looking for a good tasting, good for you supplement check this one out. You will be happy that you did.

One thing i have to have at all times are BCAAs. These help repair torn muscles so that they can come back faster and stronger than before. Pair that with collagen and some of the other vitamins included in this powder, and you have a one-stop-shop for energy, performance, and recovery.
I’ve been sipping this mix for a few days and I have not had any stomach issues, no bloating, and I have had it without a meal with no side effects. What’s more is that the mix tastes great. I absolutely love this tropical orange flavor and will likely stay on this for awhile. It sorta reminds me of this other all-in-one that I was taking for a few years before the brand went out of business. I was addicted and it worked. I have high hopes that this mix will bring back what I lost long ago. I already added another jar to my shopping cart.

First day I took it wrong without food had the craziest nauseous stopped my workout went to eat and I was good. Second day taking it with food no issue at all I used 4 oz water to mix so I can taste the calories then drank more water. Worked out def helped me push through .
Love the natural ingredients from this brand def should be recommended

This creatine comes with a scoop and when mixed with water (about 8 ounces), it tastes sort of like Tang, if you are old enough to get that reference. If you aren’t, then imagine water with a sweet orange-y flavor. It mixes well but wants to settle to the bottom of the glass so you have to keep stirring it occasionally. You could also mix it in a smoothie or in yogurt—not realizing it was orange flavored I mixed it into my chocolate protein powder Greek yogurt and was surprised that my chocolate yogurt tasted overpoweringly citrus-y!
I didn’t have any adverse reactions from taking this. It’s too soon to see if I feel any differently.
The company uses GMP standards and they manufacture in an FDA inspected facility. They also seem to be 3rd party tested.
Expiration date for the jar I was sent is 11/26.

I look up any possible side affects when taking a supplement that is new to me. Creatine Monohydrate plus the numerous other included ingredients have plenty of benefits that I like. However, I am hesitant on taking this right now because my research leads me to concern over the possibility that it might exacerbate some health issues I am already trying to resolve. I have read that it may cause diarrhea, gastrointestinal disturbances. It also warns of liver dysfunction which I am already dealing with. Also, there have been reports of contaminated creatine supplements -so I feel this supplement needs third party testing for safety – but I could find no such indication on the product page, the container, or the brand’s store website. So for now, I will put this supplement aside for later consideration as there is a Expiration Date on the bottom of the container, giving me about 2 years to decide.
