Great ingredients. My boyfriend swears by creatine and I swear by collagen, and the additional essential amino acids are a nice addition to my mostly vegetarian lifestyle.
Two things to consider:
– the serving size is 3 pills per day, which means the two bottles are a two month supply if taken as directed. It’s 180 pills which may seem like more than a two month supply if you weren’t paying attention. Still a fair price for two months of a really beneficial supplement
– the pills are huge. I normally don’t have trouble swallowing, but I did with these. It didn’t choke or hurt, but it does take some skill/practice

All these did was make me ravenously hungry! If that’s how I get a “better booty” then I don’t want it. I was hoping it would help with energy and make my workouts more effective. I got zero energy boost and an insatiable hunger every day that I took them.
Disappointed.

These tablets are big, but I can swallow these without any issues because I am used to taking large supplement pills. These do not have an overwhelming odor, and they do not leave any bitter aftertaste in my mouth. I like how these contain high quality ingredients, including collagen, creatine, and magnesium. Both bottles arrived factory sealed for freshness. I have not experienced any adverse reactions from taking this, but I have not found this to be effective at helping me feel more energetic.

I ordered The Creatine Complex designed specifically for women comes in the form of BB tablets, which contain a blend of Creatine Monohydrate Powder, Collagen, BCAAs, Glutamine, and a Hydration Blend aimed at providing energy support. This product is available in a 90-count package, and with the purchase of a two-pack, the total count reaches 180 tablets. Upon taking the initial dosage of three tablets, I found them to be slightly larger than expected; however, they did not leave any aftertaste, which is a positive aspect. Additionally, the value offered by the two-pack is commendable. I plan to measure my progress and will provide an update once I have completed the entire (2) bottle to ensure a fair assessment of its effectiveness.

These creatine tablets provide a nice energy boost. They are perfect for taking in the morning or before a serious workout. The tablets are huge and I struggle to swallow them. I sometimes cut them in half and other times am able to choke them down. If you struggle to swallow large pills, you may need to steer clear of these. The tablets have a smooth surface and do not smell or taste bad. They contain high quality ingredients designed with a woman in mind including collagen, creatine, and magnesium. I love the value add and that the tablets are formulate with a woman in mind!
The tablets are customizable for your needs. Each tablet contains 750mg of creatine. The recommended dose is 3 tablets a day. If I am not going in for a tough workout, I take 1 tablet in the morning for a little boost to my day. If I have a long day head of me or need extra energy for a tough workout, I take 2 – 3 tablets. If you take 3 a day, each bottle is a 30-day supply. This is a 2-pack of bottles so I feel that they are a good price point and a decent value.
