I really like that this creatine blend is manufactured in the UK and then distributed out of Texas. It helps give a piece of mind that the ingredients are what they say they are. The bag itself is a nice size and is resealable which is appreciated. The scoop is also sturdy but a 7.4g scoop because I guess they are accounting for 5g of creatine and 2.4g of the fava bean peptide. I only say this because sometimes I save my old scoops to use with new creatine so I don’t have to dig out the new spoon but I can’t reuse this one as easily. Not a huge deal and probably wouldn’t even be worth noting for most people. Just thought I would add.
The creatine blend itself is truly unflavored and it doesn’t change the texture or flavor of my protein shakes in the morning. It tastes the same as the other brands I use of just straight unflavored creatine so it has worked great. I like adding peptides to the mix as well in such an easy way.

The added ingredient to the creatine is a peptide made from Favabeans that in research has shown to have massive affects on muscle growth and development. It will take a couple months to go through this bag, I am hopeful to see some improvements in my big three lifts as a result. Based on the research, if I put in the work, then I should see serious results. As an advanced powerlifter trying to break into the elite level, I’m hoping this gives me that edge.

As far as supplements go, creatine is king. Its benefits are scientifically proven. This seems to be a high- quality product. It has a similar color, texture and taste as the name-brand I usually buy. When I blend it into my protein shakes, I don’t even know it’s there, which is what you want from creatine. But as far as all supplements go, and especially true with unestablished brands, you should do your own research and decide if this is a company and product that you trust.

– The texture and scoop size are both similar to other creatine products.
– I added it to my normal protein shake and it mixed completely and easily with no taste.
– While I don’t know a lot about PeptiStrong, it does seem to be an interesting new plant peptide source that the FDA has recently approved as Generally Recognized As Safe.
– My only complaint here is the packaging. I really dislike when any kind of powdered supplement comes in this resealable bag. While I understand there are good reasons for it, it makes it incredibly difficult to get the product out without getting it all over your hand and getting all of the product out of the bag is nearly impossible with all the little corners. Every time you try to close the bag there’s this puff of powder that comes out at you too.
– Overall, I really like this product though, and I will be looking into other products from this brand.

First, the description I am see in the listing is wrong,

This is basically a creatine product with a minor amount of protein via fava bean, (not a bad source for protein) The amount of protein in the mix is too small for me to even count in my daily diet.
As for the creatine, I have been taking creatine for over 30 years, (currently 10 grams /day) tried many brands, My first test when I get a new brand is mixability, This one was a bit different than most, did not dissolve much, but stayed in suspension more than most, not a problem.
I then mix a half dose in 4 oz water and drink on empty stomach, (not really recommended, but that is how I test), Settled well, no problem there,
what do I think of the overall quality? Well I really know nothing about this company, Consumer Labs has done no testing of any of their products as far as I can see. Yes they say 3rd party tested, a small plus, (Just saying 3rd party tested really does not tell you a lot.. what were results? Random test? or only test samples sent?) That all being said I have found that creatine is one product that most companies do give you what they say, it is cheap to make and no good reason to short sell.
I much prefer powder over capsules (and believe gummies are a joke), But I prefer containers over bags, bags are just too hard to work with.
The cost per gram of creatine is really not bad, not the best by any means, but you do get a smidgen of protein.
Overall not a bad product but not good enough to replace my current brand.

This is a great non flavored creatine supplement in powder form. This creatine is easy to mix and does not clump. I do add it to my protein or my juice post work out and have not experience any clumping of bad aftertaste. 1 package contains 60 servings, enough for slight 2 month if your taking a 5g daily dose, longer if your dosage is lower. Definitely recommend. Give this a try if your looking for a change and new creatine supplement.

I am a gym goer and use creatine daily. This is a nice formula as it does not have any flavor so mixes well with any beverage. The micronized powder also dissolves in liquid as well as any others I have tried so if you also like a formula with peptides this is definitely one to consider.
