My only regret with this purchase is that I didn’t start this supplement sooner!! This brand dissolves completely in water and has no funky taste to it. I have been using it daily for a few months now and I really do think I am noticing a difference in my lean muscle mass/muscle toning!

Tastes like standard unflavored creatine, good quality no odd smells or anything, sealed well, dissolves about as well as any other micronized creatine because it’s the same thing

This is a really great price for 200 servings and it had a long shelf life, just 2 months shy of 3 years. Micronized creatine is the only way to get it in my opinion, it offers many benefits over regular creatine, including increased solubility and faster absorption. It dissolves easily in water or juice and does not leave any gritty residue or clumps in my shaker bottle. I also like that this is unflavored, so I can mix it with any drink I want.
One of the main reasons I chose this product is that it is 3rd party lab tested, in the USA, and verified unadulterated. This gives me peace of mind that I am getting a pure and high-quality product that meets the label claims. However, I do wish the manufacturer made it easier to find the lab tests. I looked at the Type Zero website and Facebook page and did not see any links to the lab test results.
While it’s important to note that there are some possible safety concerns with any form of creatine, this supplement is generally considered safe and has been widely studied there are potential safety concerns to be aware of. For instance, individuals with pre-existing kidney issues may experience worsened kidney dysfunction when using creatine. Further, the combination of creatine and daily caffeine intake exceeding 300 milligrams may worsen the progression of Parkinson’s disease.
It’s important to avoid taking creatine when you have caffeine in your system, as this can decrease its effectiveness. That last one was surprising to me when I came across it in some scientific studies. I’ve often been guilty of breaking this rule.

This is one of the few creatine suppliments I have found that actually works. I had a blood test done 3 months ago and then another one done a week ago. My creatinine levels in my blood had increased from 0.7 to 1.32! Following the daily dosage. It’s also truly flavorless and dissolves better than any other creatine I’ve tried. Worth every penny!

I never leave reviews, but I wanted to on this product. The product itself does not mix well AT ALL. It is very gritty!! Also, I didn’t notice any difference at all while taking it. I tried to get a refund (as it is supposed to be guaranteed). Amazon directs you to the actual company. I sent an email (the only way it gives you to contact) asking for a refund and explained why. Jon contacted me back asking for my order number and stated that I haven’t taken the product long enough. I sent over my order number and explained that I’m not satisfied no matter how long I have taken it for. He hasn’t contacted me back. I have sent a follow up email asking if he received my order number… still nothing. Terrible product. Horrible customer service!! Do not spend $50 on this!!

A refund was issued the day after this review was posted. Jon reached out and apologized for not responding to my emails and acknowledged that he should have. I am changing this from one star to three stars because of this.
