This is another fine product (labelled Quantum Nutrition Labs) that is affiliated with the Premiere Research Labs brand. The Quantum Nutrition Labs/Premiere Research Labs brand sells many dietary supplement products that have generally received good reviews. The Quantum Nutrition Labs label on the container states that it’s “distributed by Quantum Nutrition Labs, LP 3500-B Wadley Place, Austin, TX 78728.” The Premiere Research Labs products share the same exact TX address. You can look them up online. I’m providing this info for the informed Amazon consumer.
The container comes with a tamper seal under the plastic lid. It was sealed air tight without any loose powder when I received the product. The manufacturing date is engraved (not printed) underneath the dark bottle. It states “MFG 240529-0910 BS.” I interpreted that to be a manufactured product date of May 29, 2024. There is a QR code on the side of the label that when scanned, displays “240529-10910.” I assumed that is the manufactured date being shown in an alternate format. There is another QR code on the other side of the container that states “Scan to discover more” to bring you to the Quantium Nutrition Labs website. Under “Education/ Certification,” it shows that their general products are USP Audited, Non GMO Project Verified, Orthodox Union, and USDA Organic. This creatine product was not listed under any of these certifications, but several of their other supplement products are.
My regular go-to creatine supplement that I’ve purchased from GNC or Amazon is the Optimum Nutrition Micronized Creatine Monohydrate Powder. I’ve use creatine supplements for years. If you’re coming from another powdered creatine product, the Quantum Nutrition Labs creatine powder will be familiar to you. It has that powdery non-flavored, bland taste. I usually mix the powder into my daily oatmeal or take it straight up into my mouth with water. It comes with a scooper to get you the 5 gram (5000 mg) suggested daily dosage.
The ingredient, as listed, is pure Creatine Monohydrate, without any other added ingredients. There is no added preservatives or flavors, as listed on the label. Coming from other similar creatine products, I can say that the ingredient list is believeable. After all, one creatine powder just tastes like another creatine powder with its dry, bland taste.
Please do not overdose on creatine. It will cause you dehyration and a slight headache. Drink lots of water througout the day.

So far this seems like a basic creatine, which is perfect because that is what you want whenever you order creatine. It’s honestly nothing fancy and takes a few stirs to get dissolved, but that’s exactly what I expect.

I am new to creatine but I am interested in taking it because of the importance of maintaining bone and muscle health as I age.
I was a little confused at first as to what to do with this powder. The suggested use is 1 heaping scoop daily. I wondered whether I was supposed to mix it with water, and if so, how much? In the end I mixed one scoop with 8 ounces of water. It is a fine powder that mixed well but did not completely dissolve. It was flavorless and easy to drink, although there was a little residue in my glass afterwards.
It helps that this is pure creatine and nothing else. I prefer this over some workout blends that may have other ingredients I can’t tolerate, too much caffeine, too much salt, etc.

I don’t like outright saying supplements work. Everyone responds differently and of course, we have to consider the placebo effect. That said, what I can say is that I had previously been using another creatine supplement in a different form, in the same dosage. That one seemed to be working and I experienced no change in my body moving to this one. That would suggest it is working, but YMMV.
What I can say with certainty is that it arrived as pictured and described. Under the lid is a tamper-proof seal. I was able to get the correct number of servings with a bit to spare. It mixed better than most powdered supplements I have tried. While unflavored, it of course does add a powdery flavor to your beverage, but we aren’t drinking it for the taste.
