Love this brand and have used multiple products. My husband, myself, and my son all use this creatine with results we are happy with. I mix a scoop with a shot of juice and I am good to go. The powder dissolves easily. Skipped the loading phase and just do 5g a day. After a month, felt muscle definition had improved & I feel strong for my 4 days a week kettlebell exercises. My son is a Marine, very active, and into weight training, kettlebells, calisthenics, and he loves the Naked creatine & Naked Mass Gainer. No taste when mixed with water and most other beverages, but because I read that creatine dissolves a lot better in warmer beverages, I was putting it in my tea but found that it completely altered the taste. The product is good, taste is fine, I add peanut butter to mine which hides the taste of the whey, clean product, no side affects, no stomach irritation, no gas. Worth buying if you want a clean protein to consume
The price is on the high side for what you get, its got so few ingredients but cost so much, I think it should be 30 ish pounds really, Chocolate was nearly an extra 20 pounds compared to the vanilla

I’ve used many creatine supplements over the years. From monohydrates to HCL and this has been the best value probably. It mixes easy and taste like truly nothing. I like the fact there’s no other ingredients or fillers. Creatine doesn’t really make you feel anything so don’t expect tremendous results. It just helps direct water and glycogen to your muscles where you want it. I did not do a loading phase just 1 scoop a day in coffee.

I used this for a while as being a female it is not easy to find a creatine which works. Definitely provided energy to complete my heavy work out days. I did retain water though and ended up lower the amount recommended. However, everyone is different and it is worth the pricing.
