I started taking creatine in June 2024 as I started working out. I definately noticed that I was working out alot longer than when I wasn’t taking it. I dont think it was a psycological thing but I do think that this helped. I made sure I was drinking atleast 2litres of water a day when taking this. I mix a scoop of this in 8oz of water. It doesnt fully dissolve. I keep stirring it while I drink it. It does quite a sweet taste to it. I did add a scoop of maca root powder to it also and I don’t think I noticed any difference to my body.
For the price and quantity, this is a good product. You must drink plenty of water while taking this product. I do feel like this gave me extra energy while working out. When I stopped working out, I noticed that my workouts were shorter.
Some say it gives you a swell look. I didnt notice that myself, perhaps thats what this does for other.
