This creatine comes in a really fine powder. I believe this makes it easier to mix into water, which is really convenient (though it does make it a little messier to get out of the bag as more comes out unintentionally). Seems to be high quality, the correct proportion (5g per scoop) and is easy to mix in water. I love that it is unflavored and has no added things, like sugar or soy–this is the pure thing! Importantly for me, my sleep was not impacted when I switched to it.

Micronized or not, creatine is creatine. I just get whatever happens to cost less when I need more. This is a bag of creatine. It mixes well enough. But it’s not (currently) the best value.

I like this creatine powder very much. I especially like that it’s made in the USA, that it has no added fillers, flavors, or other supplements / vitamins. It’s just pure creatine powder — that’s all you get, and that’s all I wanted. You get 100 servings of 5 mg each, and that’s what is usually recommended as a standard sort of dose for those of us who aren’t body builders. It’s flavorless, so you can add it to whatever you wish. Another nice thing is that the included scoop is really small — really small. So it doesn’t take much at all to get your daily amount. And it won’t be tempting to children . . . I still keep things out of reach, but it doesn’t look like candy, the way creatine gummies do.

This creatine monohydrate powder is a solid addition to my workout routine. It mixes easily with water or any drink, even without any flavoring, and doesn’t leave any gritty residue. I’ve noticed improved strength and endurance during workouts, and it’s been great for supporting muscle growth over time. The 100 servings in the container provide great value, and the non-GMO formula is a nice bonus. It’s straightforward, effective, and a reliable option for anyone looking to enhance their fitness results.

As a regular creatine user, I decided to try this brand out, and I was not disappointed. This powder mixes as well as other well-known brands, and is not gritty like some of the lesser brands. It is truly flavorless and mixes well with yogurt and smoothies.

Buying creating in unflavored bulk has been my latest go to trick. I used to take it separately as a flavored drink but got tied of mixing a shake and a creatine drink a couple times a day. Now I just make shakes and add the creatine powder in them. Much less hassle for me.

so at first glance, the outside of the package looks like it’s been sitting around in storage for awhile before being shipped out. but outside of the packaging it seems to be a good product.
it dissolves well in water. at first it’ll be murky but give it a minute and it dissolves completely, which you don’t see too often with some of these creatine products.
also, it’s micronized. so this is usually recommended for those of us who don’t respond well to normal monohydrate creatine. which is a bonus for me since I’ve only ever gotten strength gains from creatine, and none of the other bonuses people talk about. using a micronized version should theoretically fix that.
also, it’s unflavored. probably not a go to if you want a flavored version. otherwise, it’s a good product.

Clean ingredients that get the job done. This mixes as well as other powders I’ve tried, which is to say it’s reasonable but you’ll still taste a little bit of grit. I’ve gotten the same results as other creatine that I’ve used over the years and have been happy with the product overall. Easy to recommend as an option for micronized creatine powders.
