I’ve tried creatine in pills before, but I’ll never bother with that again now that I know I can get a huge bulk portion for a way better price. It also dissolves into just about everything, and there’s virtually no flavor.
Also, if you’re like me and get forgetful, it’s totally possible to dump a scoop in your mouth and chase it with a beverage to wash it down, very little caking – it goes down smoothly.
I would personally recommend moving this powder to a separate container if you have a spare, I had a hard time easily opening and closing the zipper bag, and it reduced the amount of spillage.

HEARTHY FOODS Creatine Powder 16oz Micronized is great. The powder itself dissolves easily. It also has no taste, as creatine should. Not a whole lot else to say about it in that regard. Hearthy Foods appears to make great, high quality products at a fair price.
My only complaint is that the included scooper is incredibly small and (mine actually came with 2 scoopers) is nowhere near 5g of creatine. A full scoop didn’t even register as one gram on my scale. I used an old scooper from my previous creatine and that did measure 5g on my scale, so it isn’t an issue with my scale.. I’m not sure why they’d include such a small scooper with this product, perhaps it was a mistake? It’s a bit misleading to say that one scoop is 5g, when in reality it isn’t even a full gram. Definitely recommend either weighing your creatine out with a scale or use an actual 5g scooper.
Overall though this is a solid price for creatine and the product itself appears to be high quality.

I normally don’t make medical claims, so comments on the efficacy of a supplement normally don’t happen. However, what I can say is that the active ingredient in this product, Creatine Monohydrate, is perhaps one of the most studied supplements in fitness. Studies have shown that creatine is safe and effective, and helps to build muscle.
Not everyone will benefit from creatine. Some people naturally have enough and don’t respond to supplementation, but for most people, this will improve your lifting. As to the type of creatine, it comes in multiple styles, but this one, the monohydrate, is the cheapest, most tested, and studies have shown it is the most effective.
If you are into fitness, or getting into it, this is a must have, and this product is as good as any other.

This is a solid creatine that checks the basic boxes – the serving size/amount per serving is 5 grams and there’s nothing else in it but creatine. No fillers, nothing gross, just creatine. It’s unflavored to, which I really appreciate. I don’t mind flavors, but sometimes you just want something you can easily mix into whatever you’re having. I’ve mixed this in my preworkout, protein shakes, and just regular water without any problem.
It’s slightly gritty (as creatine tends to be) but nowhere NEAR as gritty as other brands I’ve tried, and I suspect it’s due to the creatine being micronized. I’m REALLY impressed with this product and I love how easy it’s made taking creatine for me. The price per ounce/serving for this is INSANE compared to others in the market (currently it has a serving size of 5 grams with 90 servings per container and it’s sitting at 14.99!). I’ve also used this brand’s collagen so it does make me feel better getting something else from a brand I’ve used before.

The best part of this creatine is, I can add it to any drink, and it does not affect the taste of the beverage. The only thing that I noticed was that the consistency of the drink becomes thicker and if I don’t mix it well enough, I will have grainy like feel to it while drinking.
