I’ve been using these for about three weeks, and they’ve definitely given me a noticeable edge during workouts.. better endurance and quicker recovery. The only downside is the capsules are pretty large, which might be tricky if you’re not great with swallowing pills. I do like that they’re vegetarian and easy on my stomach compared to some powders I’ve tried.

This creatine is third-party tested, which makes it a solid choice. Please note that the 120 capsules are only intended to provide 30 servings.
Your body can only absorb a certain amount of creatine at a time, and 3,000 mg (what you get in 4 capsules) is the established limit.
However, if you want to supplement 2x3g per day (as is often recommended), this bottle will only last you 15 days. In addition to what amounts to a pretty small bottle size, you also get some harmless but unnecessary fillers. In sum, I can only recommend this product to those who don’t care for powdered creatine (which usually lasts longer, and is usually pure) and don’t mind the fillers.

Very easy to ingest and swallow creatine pills and at the price range it was very affordable. You definitely get a decent amount but taking about 4 pills at a time to get a dosage so they end up going fast. The pills themselves were decently sized typical of creatine in pill form. Sometimes if I don’t wanna take the pill I’ll pop them open and just mix in with water which I did do once with these. Overall very affordable creatine in pill form!

I have been taking this creatine supplement for a month now. Anytime I have used a good creatine supplement before, I have always had an increase in water consumption (which would be normal and creatine does encourage water retention) and I also get that with this supplement. I do think that speaks to some authenticity in ingredients and I believe this creatine supplement has helped with my weightlifting.
I have had no adverse effects.

The capsules are a little on the bigger side. The powder that is inside the caplet has a lot of air in it, which is the only thing that makes it hard to swallow. Creatine has a real chalky taste to it in my opinion so taking it by capsule makes it so much better. It works really well with energy and has helped me during my workouts. Besides the pills being a little airy and hard to swallow, this is a great value and a wonderful creatine supplement.

I’ve become a big fan of creatine monohydrate after a muscular 65 year old friend of mine recommended it. At age 63 I find that it give me more energy and better weight-training workouts. In fact, I’m lifting heavier weight now that I have in years. Originally, I bought creatine monohydrate powder that I mixed with drinks, but the powder doesn’t dissolve well and it doesn’t taste good. So, I started taking creatine monohydrate capsules. The recommended dosage for this product (3000mg or 4 750mg capsules) but that’s 3/5 of the 5000mg dose that I’ve been taking so I’ll be taking 6 of these pills before workouts.
At $13.32 (at the time of this review) these SilverOnyx capsules are a good value. They’re easy to take and they don’t upset my stomach, so 5-stars.
