This formula is very fluffy. It makes it easier for mixing but other than that having creatine monohydrate is extremely important for Women. It’s fine for men but every lady should be taking creatine and stocking up. Benefits for everyone is great but for women the list is endless. Research this.

This creatine powder is pretty solid and mixes well with warmer liquids. I will say when I tried to mix it with colder liquids, it did not mix too well, so I’m unsure if that reflects the overall quality. I didn’t taste anything, so that’s a good sign, and everything on the nutritional facts looks accurate. For the price and value, I think it’s a good option to try, but it will be different for everyone.

I had decided to try out creatine as a way to help me recover after strenuous work days as a massage therapist. I will say that this seems to make a big difference in how fast my body recovers. After a normal work day of doing massage, my hands and arms feel tired, achy and weak. If I remember to take creatine when I get home, I feel way better the next day, pretty much as if I had not worked to hard the previous day. I recommend this product to clients now that are suffering from muscular pain from their manual labor jobs and have received positive feedback from most of them. This is a good Creatine product it’s not terrible tasting and mixes decently well. The texture is what you’d find in most Creatine which is flour like. Putting a scoop in 8 oz of water the taste is average which is great since a strong tasting Creatine is not the most delectable thing. 50 servings for the price is not a bad deal.

Creatine being a commodity, there’s very little that differentiates a given competently executed offering from similarly competently executed competitors. Still, it’s worth confirming that this particular offering was indeed competently executed.
In the case of this creatine supplement, the marketing claims that it contains no GMOs or unwanted inclusions such as gluten, lactose, or caffeine. The marketing also mentions that it’s “organic” (whatever that’s supposed to mean in the context of creatine), which we may safely ignore.
No mention is made of third-party testing or GMP-certified manufacturing. Once again, in the context of this being a creatine supplement, we may safely ignore that as well. I wouldn’t say that for most other supplements, of course.
Taste is unnoticeable in something like a protein shake, and the powder dissolves completely without any strange smells, textures, or post-consumption side effects. The actual experience of using the product is where the cheapest creatine supplements I’ve used over the years have tended to fall over. This creatine supplement did fine, so I’ll call it competently executed on that basis.
As of the time of review in late October 2024, the price is a hair above $13 for a 250g tub. That’s on the lower end of the market and better-than-average value for money. If it’s closer to $20 whenever you’re reading this, consider looking elsewhere.

Pros:
-Came properly sealed
-If you shine light on it at the right angle, you can see crystallization (see pics). This can mean high purity.
-Practically no taste and no smell
-Powder is pure white in color
-Burning this with a lighter, it wouldn’t catch fire at all. It didn’t melt either. It turned slightly brown but only on the top layer. Smoke was extremely minimal and almost non present.
-For me, it will last a long time. The jar is filled almost to the top which is rare now a days. So this is nice, the container doesn’t take up much space.
-It looks very much like baking soda. So I tested burning of baking soda vs this product. This product burns very much like my other trusted creatine brand. Burning baking soda is very hard to get a change, so this is not baking soda.
-I left this in a glass of water for a long time, over 2 weeks. You can see crystalization after a day or so. So thats good.
Cons:
-Didn’t come with a scoop. I dumped the entire thing into a bowl and searched through it just to make sure I wasn’t making a mistake.
-Very small con, Burning with a lighter and you can see and hear very very small popping. I think this is probably water or some kind of very small contamination.
Other Thoughts:
-I’m pretty confident this stuff is legit!
-I can’t tell if the supplements I take work or not, so I can’t speak on that matter unfortunately….

Non flavored creatine is great to throw in your water along with some flavored mix! This creatine mixes really well, I had zero clumps when mixing. One scoop gives you the recommended serving of 5 grams which is what you should be targeting with creatine!
