Seriously, whether you’re an athlete, gym rat, or just someone that wants their brain to function better, creatine has been proven to be one of the best supplements that you can take and it’s super affordable. I don’t know that this product is any better than any other one, but I can tell you this. Other products (the ones where you have to scoop out your own creatine amounts) often would upset my stomach (cause a little bloating), but this one gives me zero problems. So, if you have a sensitive stomach (or you don’t), this product is a solid choice to help you get your creatine.

It’s hard to speak to the efficacy of these things but I can say that these did not produce GI upset or leave an aftertaste. They’re a fairly large and lightweight capsule

This is a great product and works well, as intended.
If you are familiar with creatine monohydrate and know about it and are tired of mixing those drinks these capsules work very well and are much more convenient.
If you are new to creatine monohydrate you can research the details online and this is good for pre-workout or post-workout also good for days where you are relaxing.
A few are just starting to take it you can saturate your body system with up to 20 mg per day for about 5 days as it is recommended and then you would drop down to 5 mg per day, This of course would vary depending on the individual and their daily performance and I health.
Each capsule is 2.5 mg and the suggested use is 3 capsules daily, however as I said before if you want to do a high load when first taking you can generally take up to 20 mg and spread it out to about four times a day for a 5-day average and after which you would take two capsules daily to get the 5 mg for desired saturation.
You may want to avoid green teas while taking this product.

My bad. I didn’t do the math before purchasing. I thought each capsule was 2500 mg. But it’s 3. Makes it much less cost effective.
