    Well, I can start off by saying that I rated the flavor 5/5. That is a good thing by the way, I had little to no trouble digesting this product with my water.

    I want to officially start off with that I swear by this product. I have absolutely no issues with it, other than the fact that it went off sale.

    I ran the rep scheme of 5×5 on major exercises (Bench, squats, deadlifts, etc.), 4×6-8 on some others (barbell row, barbell curl, etc) and 3×15 on my shoulders, and 4×12 on additional exercises (Dips, cables, core, etc.). I believe that This product seriously got me through the last few reps with full energy. Simply put, I have met past my goals while using this product.

    Product is flavorless, so it’s hard to bash it to hard for the flavor, but makes an excellent mix in, and not unbearable if you just use it with water, but is much better with milk.

    This creatine is my favorite for multiple reasons. It is very affordable, it mixes better than any creatine product I’ve ever purchased, and because it works. I refuse to lift weights without creatine in my body so idc what anyone has to say about that. It is great and definitely a must buy for anyone trying to put on some muscle and strength. (This is half the price as the creatine they sell in stores)

    This product is awesome for a pre-workout! I can definitely feel the effects while at gym and working out. My body has reacted really well to it and I’m finding that I can pump out more reps and work at higher intensity for a lot longer. Can feel body just working hard and burning those calories while working out! I’ve tried others which have not been as effective as this one.

    I’ve used creatine off and on for as long as I can remember and I don’t feel like this creatine is anything special. That’s not a negative by any means but not a positive. I remember one of my HS coaches telling me that creatine is creatine, it’s the work you do that makes it effective.

    I tend to use ON creatine regardless of the price. I trust ON and never have any issues but I’ve had great results w/ bpi products as well. The reason i went w/ bpi’s creatine over ON was due to availability and price. At half the price for the same amount I was a little bit surprised. On top of that, ON was out of stock so I guess why not.

    I looked at other reviews for BPI creatine and read that they had pretty good experiences. The few negatives highlighted some QC issues.

    The only slightly odd thing to mention is that the consistency of this creatine is different than any other I’ve tried. I’ve tried other micronized creatine but bpi’s seems to be the finest I’ve ever seen. The texture reminds me of a finer powdered sugar.

    Along w/ the finer texture I’ve noticed that it does not mix as easily as other creatine. I mix this with hydrowhey and notice a lot of clumps. Even after shaking long than usual the clumps are still there. Even on its own in water it still clumps. Not something that would deter me but definitely something to note.

    In the nearly 2 weeks of use I do feel the occasional stomach discomfort that I’ve noticed from other creatine supplements but never w/ ON.

    Still a decent supplement.

    The product tastes very sweet, and it gave me severe diarrhea and fever. I’ve been taking creatine before without issue. I read it’s because of some chemicals didn’t get filtered during production. Really bad food safety

    I cannot believe how much this has helped my strength training! I have so much more endurance to get out those last couple reps at the gym. In all fairness, I’m a vegetarian and so I have no source of creatine in my diet. Research indicates creatine has a more pronounced effect for vegetarians, but I’m sure this would help omnivores too.

    The powder has no taste. I use a funnel to pour it into Muscle Milk and then shake it up really well. It dissolves just fine but there can be a slight grittiness, nothing all that bad.

    I cannot emphasize this enough – dissolve it in a drink with carbohydrates. If I dissolve it in water it causes upset stomach, but in shakes or juice I don’t have any problems. I take it right before going to the gym.

    You will gain some weight, but it’s water being pulled into your muscles, making them appear larger. Make sure you stay well hydrated when taking this. Even though I’ve gained water weight, my stomach has actually slimmed down a little. It may be the creatine directly or indirectly because I have more energy to push myself harder and exercise longer. I know how I felt going to the gym before using creatine and how I feel now and I look forward to my workouts now.

    The product is great, I’ve been using BPI Unflavored Creatine for a couple years now. I recommend scooping it directly into your mouth and swishing it down with a glass of water as opposed to mixing it into water and drinking it. It’s quicker and easier that way + won’t taste bad.

    My issue that keeps it from being 5 stars is the new packaging. They’ve gone to a smaller container, which is great. Still the same amount of servings. However, for some reason they’ve gone to a smaller container BUT a longer scoop. I had to bend the scoop to put it back into the container after my first serving. This is an easy fix, I have no idea who would think this is a good idea or why they’ve done this. Luckily I kept a couple scoops from the previous packaging and I use that now. Otherwise, I’d probably cut the current scoop in half.

    It mixes really well with my pre-workout without altering the taste or consistency. Same for coffee or juice on nontraining days. Been using it for about a month and maybe its a placebo effect but my overall workout stamina has increased. I’ve started a new program with conditioning 4-6 days a week and multiple supersets per workout and I can tell that my overall muscle function remains for the entirety of the workout without undue fatiguing. My wife has commented that I’ve recently gained (apparently) noticeable size. I personally attribute that to fullness from the creatine holding water in the muscle. I gained about 5lbs, again probably from water retention, but that has held steady with little fluctuation. I currently bench 230, squat 285, and deadlift 385 at 180 lbs bodyweight.
