This is a good choice. Mild papaya taste. Takes 4 pills per serving. Unlike other brands it contains no calcium carbonate- this is very good because calcium carbonate blocks nutrient absorption. With “Tropical Papya” in 4 wafers(easily chewed medium sized tablets) you get a much better composition of enzymes than leading competitors. Beware of other vendors that do not show all sides of the label with a complete view of contents. Demand they send you a complete rap-around view of the label so it is readable. Do not trust what others post as contents. This happened to me with another brand and I went by what someone posted- it has 600 pills- wow but turns out it is mostly calcium carbonate and sugar(basically tums). Avoid anything with calcium carbonate, if you need to supplement calcium, a good idea for strong teeth, then buy calcium citrate which does not interfere with nutrient absorption but is more expensive so the vitamin makers slip in the cheaper calcium carbonate, but then most of their vitamins go to waste as your body will not absorb them properly.

these aren’t the brand I usually buy but I thought I’d try them as they sounded like they may be stronger than the other brand. the flavor isn’t quite the same, but I do like how they work! they do a great job of preventing reflux after a Sunday roast dinner. I love to try new foods, fried , spicy, different cuisines, and it doesn’t always digest easily, leading to problems when I lay down. I take a couple with your meal, and a couple 20 minutes to half hour before bed, and no worries. good product.

I learned about papaya from a apothacary and its so much more healthier for you than the medicines that were prescriptions that are out there now. It has a pleasant taste and it really works and calms the jumbling in your stomach down and the bad taste like greasy that might be left behind. Highly recommend. This has more papaya and less fillers.

Works well on digestion, even after a meal later on when you get indigestion it can help relieve it and smooth things out. You dont have to take the full dose. Experiment to see how many you may need. Best papaya enzyme i have found without calcium carbonate which can create digestive issues. Tastes good. Gave it 4 stars because has some other ingredients that may not be completely good.
