I was struggling with fatigue, lack of interest and motivation in anything, and had low fitness endurance. I had been on antidepressants (Wellbutrin) for over a year, and that should have given me some energy but didn’t. I decided to try some supplementation as I might be low on some things. I remembered I took B12 a long time ago and it seemed to help with my concentration so it was my first supplement to try. Reddit recommended Country Life and it did not disappoint. This B-Complex DOES NOT give you acne, make your tummy ache, make you nauseated, or any of the other nasty things B-Complex supplements are known for and that I have experienced in the past. It’s amazing and I would recommend it to anyone struggling with lack of energy and fatigue, as B12 deficiency is very very common. One thing B-Complex supplements do is make your pee neon yellow. Do not be alarmed, as it’s nothing to worry about. Overall, amazing supplement, will re-order soon!

Although I had some difficulty with the bottle I purchased at Amazon (the EXPIRATION DATE is covered with a sticker that if pulled off, could pull off the date too) Country Life made it right! Amazon was no help whatsoever, but Country Life helped me determine the expiration date. Country Life’s service was exceptionally fast and courteous. I have been taking these vitamins for at least 10 years and can’t imagine life without them! I’m in my mid-sixties and these vitamins help maintain my excellent health. Next time I purchase I will look into buying direct from Country Life and skip Amazon.

I am impressed that this bottle was filled to the top with capsules — not wasted space, means less to throw away when empty! This has all 8 of the B-vitamins in it. It works as well as my previous brand of B-complex.

I chose this product because it is Highly reviewed on LabDoor, a third party tester to check true content and quality of supplements. I noticed a big difference in my daily energy once I started B12 Complex. Its smell is mild compared to others I’ve tried, but you know, B vitamins own their distinct scent.
