A lot of times I don’t particularly care for these types of drinks, as they use artificial sweeteners that have a bad aftertaste. But this one is a pretty good mix, blending cane sugar and steviol glycocides (Stevia) for sweetening. It has a decent amount of sweetness and also a touch of tart berry, which I like. The flavor itself if pretty good and when mixed with 16 oz of water as directed, offers a refreshing beverage experience.
As for the efficacy of all the ingredients, I can’t attest to that. If there was a magical blend of ingredients that could boost your immune system, I’m sure science and doctors would be recommending them for their powers, but the data doesn’t really seem to be there. See all the FDA disclaimers at the bottom of the product page. The product page also has a graphic that proclaims “…no sugar…” yet the first ingredient under the “Other ingredients” list is unrefined cane sugar. So apparently there was a disconnect between marketing and manufacturing.
Overall, I like the flavor. At the current $37.57 for a box of 30, you’re paying $1.25 per packet, which seems pretty pricey to me. My package also included a microfiber “Nu Kai Wellness” bag, the kind I usually see with sunglasses, so I’m not sure why exactly it was included.

Not a fan of the sugar sweetened. Some natural fruit sweetening would be better or unsweetened.
Taste is great, enjoyable in water.
Feel better after taking – how much I’m unsure. I have only used a few as I haven’t been doing much due to persistent injury.

I have an autoimmune condition and am dealing with full-body inflammation. This tasty drink mix is a simple and easy way to help with the inflammation. I love that it has lots of great-quality ingredients and tastes amazing!
In my opinion, it tastes way too strong mixing a full packet into 16 ounces of water. But mix one packet into 5 or 6 cups of water and the flavor is so good and keeps me hydrated all day long.
If you can afford this supplement, it’s a wonderful way to reduce inflammation, aid recovery, and keep you hydrated!

I just got the CoreOA Stik & Nu Kai Antioxidant. I’m still deciding if it’s worth the bother.
Antioxidants are touted as the be-all-end-all in healthcare. This item has a bunch of herbs and flowers and other ‘immunity boosters’ that can do everything. There is valid data that antioxidants can reduce inflammation. But boosting one’s immunity? It all depends on whose clinical data you want to believe. I am a healthcare profession and I know that the vast majority of ‘clinical papers’ are total BS. Hopefully, it probably won’t kill me. And my wife takes it and seems to enjoy it, so that covers up a lot of possible faults.
Issues: To my taste, this is extremely sweet, so much so that I only take 1/2 a stick. Also, the product almost immediately clumps into a large dark ball when I dump the powder into cold water. This probably doesn’t cause problems, other than looking horrible.
Anyway, in most people, just eating a reasonably balanced diet will allow for better health. If you eat most of your meals in a fast food joint, don’t expect to feel very healthy.
My verdict: 4 stars. If I actually do feel better after a month of this, I’ll update my review.

This is a great supplement added to my regime of supplements in the form of capsules and pills. I mix this up and wash down my pills with it. While this contains vitamin C, D and zinc, it’s not at levels (levels well below %DV) that would otherwise interfere with my other supplements. What I like about this is the proprietary blend of extracts from mangosteen, elderberry, acai berry, grape seed, bilberry fruit, cranberry, astagalus root, and green tea. Back-to-school time of year is an especially good time to use this to help your body’s defense against getting sick.
This drink is berry flavored and sweet. Very sweet. The first ingredient listed is unrefined cane sugar, but it also contains steviol for a super-sweet bonus hit. I use a little extra water in my 18 oz. shaker cup, and it’s still plenty strong.
I like this for the ingredients, and because it’s in drink form rather than pill form – less pills to swallow and it helps me get closer to the 8 glasses of water I try to drink every day.

I’ve been drinking this since it belonged to a company called M Global (2018). It is a great anti-inflammatory drink filled w so many antioxidants. When I’m out, I feel it. When I say I feel it, I FEEL IT. My knee/leg loses range of motion and stiffens. My weight goes up from the swelling. My arthritis acts up in my back (car accident). I move like I’m 2x my age.
When you first get it, drink the full stik (or 2) every day so that the amazing mangosteen can build up on you. After about a week, you may be able to drink about just half a stik to prolong the pack. It’s like maintenance. That’s what I do.
I used to think it wasn’t beneficial, that it didn nothing. But every time I’m out more than a week, I regret letting myself run out (it’s happened 3x in the last 5 years— one of those for over 3 weeks and that’s why I turned to buying mine from Amazon).
