I ordered this product after being diagnosed with extremely dry eyes. This mask is comfortable, I like having the different heat settings. It has an automatic shut off which I love. It’s great for your sinuses too! Definitely recommend this product!

I bought this mask in July 2023 and really liked it. I used it probably 10-15 times and then it stopped working and it won’t take a charge. So overall I am disappointed with the longevity but when it worked it was very nice.

Used it a handful of times and forgot about it, now it won’t stay on, just buzzes and turns off immediately. I like the concept though, hopefully there will be improvements

I really liked this mask. Felt great on my eyes, but now it won’t charge. Had it less than 3 months.

You can feel the metal inside the mask and it moves around inside the mask. The strap is too tight. The corded version is more comfortable.
