I am a dental hygienist. I paid $18.00 for two (2) 4oz tubes of this toothpaste, which I love and have ordered before. I selected to “buy again” the same two tubes i have previously ordered and received. What I ended up receiving this time was 1oz (mini travel tube). When I called to complain, the only compensation was that I could recieve a refund after I returned the mini tube by UPS and they received it. So, I paid $18, had to re-package and bring it to a UPS store which cost me more time and money than the mini 1 oz tube was even worth, then had to wait for a refund. All the while waiting for a refund (a loss of time, gas, and money) never even receiving the item I ordered. My suggestion to people is to not EVER use the “buy again” option from your orders on Amazon, as they use 3rd party sellers who do not have to do anything to compensate errors and inconvenience. Poor customer service in my opinion. Otherwise, this is an amazing toothpaste. I’m a registered dental hygienist, and this is my favorite toothpaste. The silver and xylitol combo do wonders to help prevent tooth decay! But, I will be very sure to let all my patients know that the risk and downfall when ordering is poor customer service.

5 week update: I’ve been using only this tube of raspberry and I’m still on my first tube. I’m very happy with the product. I highly recommend it.
First review: I’m only into my first tube, and I’m happy with it so far. I purchased the Raspberry and the Cinnamon, multi-packs of both to get the price break. Otherwise, purchasing just one seems costly for toothpaste. I’m using the raspberry right now. It tastes good, but the flavor is not as strong as I’ve read from other reviews. Other reviews warned that the tubes may feel only 1/2 full. Unless there’s an air bubble at the bottom, it is actually a full tube. Because I don’t like mint flavor and I’m health conscious, I purchased this toothpaste to avoid having to purchase kid’s toothpaste with all the floride. I do like the immune boosting perks this toothpaste advertises, but of course its not anything I can feel or measure at this point. I bought the multi-packs of both to see me into the winter for toothpaste. So far I would say that I’d make the same purchase when its time again.

I didn’t realize the bottles were so small, I wish I would’ve ordered a single larger bottle instead. The taste is great, my kids are picky about toothpaste flavors and they love this one!

Love this toothpaste. No strong unpleasant taste. Works great for the teeth. Better ingredients with silver added and no fluoride. Looking forward to seeing this product back in stock.

Pleasant, like brushing with a mild non foaming paste, flavor is very mild and creamy, is easy to brush for longer time. Combine this with nano silver mouthwash for excellent oral hygiene. I used to hate the horrific sickly sweet taste of “normal” over the counter toothpaste that all foamed so much and made me gag. Used to only brush a short time and avoided brushing altogether. I learned the high ph in this neutralizes mouth acid. My mouth is not nearly as dry as it used to be and a nasty sweet aftertaste after eating is gone.

From a friend. Needing something that helps demineralization my child’s fragile teeth. The paste has a unique taste. It is not unpleasant, but definitely unique. Seems to be helping with my child’s deteriorating teeth. Appreciate that it is a small family owned business!
