Clean way to get calcium that your body can absorb and use. My minerals were very low and adding this daily along with magnesium, S.O.D. and other things my naturopath suggested, help me sleep better.

I’ve been taking Coral Legend Plus regularly for several months now. My wife is a clinical nutritionist and is a distributor for Premier Research, she uses and recommends quite a few of their products. I was consistently low on minerals and would get restless leg syndrome at night. Once I started taking a Coral Legend every night before bed I noticed that my restless leg symptoms went away completely, and I tend to sleep better. I notice that I don’t hunch my back anymore. Women lose bone mass we age, and so begin to hunch. When I tried to straighten my back, i would feel pain. But not after supplementing with this product. Expensive but worth it bc it’s the best source calcium: sea coral. This type of calcium is more easily assimilated by your body than other sources. Always consider the souce of your supplements. Best to take minerals at night when body goes into repair mode.

I have been taking this form of calcium and magnesium for 2 months. I was taking coral legend in powder form but I find it to be very messy. The pills are easier to take.I found that given certain conditions and other health supplements it has boosted my ability to get some sleep at night as I was suffering acutely with insomnia.

This is a good product. It doesn’t smell or taste weird, and the pills aren’t that hard to swallow (literally). As for the outcome of consumption; I’ve noticed my hair thinning so I started buying this product for that reason, and took the pills for a month and it helped, and then stopped taking them for a month and my hair went back to the condition it was in originally. So I will definitely keep buying this product because it’s a vitamin that my body needs!
