This supplement is price competative and has the right amount if CoQ-10 if you are taking statins, according to Healthline, and the Mayo Clinic (which said that 200 mg was the “ideal” dose.) The size is reasonable, these capsules are a bit smaller than the 100mg soft gels that I was taking before. And they contain bioperine, aka black pepper extract, which helps wth absorbtion. It’s made in an FDA inspected facility So all of that is great and given that the price is very good, I might have given them 5*.
BUT the reason I didn’t give them 5* is because the label doesn’t contain some important information. Maybe the company can clarify these and if it does, then I can add the extra *
1. C0Q-10 can be in two forms, ubiquinone or ubiquinol, and the label does not specify. Ubiquinol is usually absorbed better than ubiquinone. Since usually ubiquinol is sold in a gel-based or liquid-based capsule, and this is a dry capsule, I am going to guess that it is ubiquinone. The bioperine may raise the absorbtion rate to that of ubiquinol, and that may be the reason they don’t say it is ubiquinone, but I want it to say that someplace, it doesn’t have to be on the label I suppose.
2. The amount of the CoQ-10 is not clear. The label list powder and then says 200mg. Underneath, it says the powder is equivalent to 6% C0Q-10. Does that mean it’s only 12mg of C0q-10? (6% x 200mg)?
i am assuming that there is 200mg of C0Q-10. Otherwise, the review would be 1*. But I am not sure.
3. The contents of the capsule are listed and they are vegan. And there is a long list of things that it does not contain ( like soy and gluten) , but the capsule itself is not mentioned. I can only assume that it is not vegan, and that’s a shame. I didn’t actually take off a point for this, but being vegan might have pushed me into 5*.
If I can determine that they reall do contain 200mq of C0Q-10, I am going to keep buying these, even with these flaws. Since 200 is the max recommended, even if it is not totally absorbed, I will be getting enough.
If the company can clarify these in questions (I will ask those on the listing) then I can upgrade my review (or downgrade it, if there really is only 12mg.

This is my first time taking COQ10 which I’ve decided to add to my supplement regimen to help preserve my good health that I enjoy at an advanced age. I have taken the one capsule recommended dosage for a few days with no adverse effects. The capsules are average size and easy to swallow.
My issue with this product is in the labeling, which leaves me with more questions than answers. Firstly, it says it is formulated in the United States but does not state where it is manufactured. It does state that it is made in a FDA-Inspected, GMP-certified facility which sounds good, but where? China? I think all products like this should state where is it made.
The second issue is the confusing statement about mg. It says COQ10 powder 200 mg (equivalent to 6% COQ10), so that appears to say is is only12 mg COQ10, which is way less than the 200+ mg contained in competitive brands. If these conclusions are wrong, it is a result of poor labeling. If I am correct, then only getting 12 mg of COQ10 at this price point would be a very poor value.
For these reasons I cannot give this product a positive review.

Started taking these along with statins per my doctor recommendation. So far I’m happy with the product. The capsules are very easy to swallow and I had no issues with digesting them. It is also great that one jar has a 200 day supply (1 per day) so I do not have to stock pile them. The price seems reasonable too taking into account similar products from competitors. I also like that:
– the capsules are made of natural plant material (rice flour);
– it also contains black pepper extract;
– the pills are made in a GMP (good manufacturing practices) and FDA audited facility, which re-assures me of good quality.
So if you need or just thinking of taking CoQ10, I would recommend this one.

These seem to be a good product but they don’t have enough verified manufacturing certifications listed on the bottle to make me feel good about recommending them. If they provided more information about these things then I would update my review. They are a whitish powder inside a clear-ish capsule which isn’t a form of CoQ10 I was familiar with.

I decided to try CoQ10 to relieve muscle pain and weakness. I also heard that it boosts energy, which would be a plus for me. The capsules are non-GMO, Vegetarian and Soy free, manufactured in the USA at an FDA-inspected facility. BioPerine (derived from black pepper) is added to enhance absorption. These features make me more inclined to trust its quality. The capsules are approximately the length of a quarter, but quite easy to swallow. Unlike so many supplements that require you to take 2 or 3 pills a day, once a day is all you need with these. With 200 capsules per bottle, this product will last more than 6 months. At the last listed price of $19.95 that’s about 10 cents a day–a real bargain. After taking these supplements for 2 weeks, this is what I notice: I seem to have a bit more energy to get through the day. I haven’t had any muscle spasms or restless leg in that time, but the aches and pains remain. And if I really wanted to address the weakness I’d have to do some weight-bearing exercise. Pills can’t solve everything! One caution: a couple days I didn’t get around to taking the pill until late afternoon, and I noticed some trouble falling asleep. Since then, I make sure to take them in the morning and I haven’t had any sleep issues. I recommend this brand of CoQ10 for its affordability and high quality. As with any supplement, individual results will differ.
