I appreciate that it came with thirty soft gels because I find them a lot easier to swallow compared to regular capsules or tablets. Plus, this CoQ10 supplement has a few other well-known ingredients like lecithin, zinc, and selenium.
But what really stands out to me is the fact that it includes BioPerine black pepper extract, which I have read helps with absorption, and the combination of zinc and selenium makes me feel good about taking this supplement. I also noticed the inclusion of Vitamin E as well, which, from what I understand, has its own benefits, but I mainly wanted something to help me maintain energy and support my overall wellness.
The bottle itself is simple, and it has a 30-day supply, so it feels like a manageable commitment without overwhelming me. I have only been taking it for one week so, I haven’t noticed anything dramatic, but it has been gentle in my stomach, doesn’t leave any bad aftertaste in my mouth, and the fact that it is vegan and gluten-free is a plus for me since I try to avoid unnecessary additives in my supplements. Therefore, I will continue with it to see if there’s any long-term difference in how I feel day to day.
