I started taking two new vitamins together, and my energy level is higher than it’s ever been in my entire life. I am finding my mood to be more positive, and my overall motivation to complete things is significantly improved. I am really feeling better than I have in years. I can’t really say if it’s one of the vitamins, or a combination of the two but I am leaving this review on both! I take them both on an empty stomach each morning, and there’s no nausea or side effects. I will say the CqQ10 are not my favorite to swallow, they are really hard capsules so if you don’t drink enough water, it hurts going down.

So I was skeptical but after a 3 month bout with a severe back sprain I was ready to get my act together. Mainly taking this for the energy boost that many people reported. I have to say its true for me. I am making a lot of changes and being more active was high on my list. I can get through a whole day of light gardening and house work with energy to spare. Going to start swimming again soon. Anxious to see if this positively affects my borderline high blood pressure. Will update this later if that is so. While I can’t compare to other products it seems this company takes great pride in making a quality, organic product

I am on my 3rd bottle and noticed a difference in about the first 2 weeks. I was having muscle issues from Lipitor and opted to stop using it before I couldn’t walk anymore (evil stuff!!) but needed something to help w/hereditary cholesterol. My primary physician suggested beginning COQ10 (then add Omega 3 and then Turmeric) to replace the Lipitor w/o sacrificing health. After lots of research and reading reviews, I selected this formulation b/c it absorbs better (b/c of olive oil) and is high quality w/o being outrageously priced.I had occasion to communicate w/the company and they are very committed to producing and maintaining a high quality product so this will be my only go to for COQ10!! I had a particular issue that this is helping with plus this helped with my feeling of wellness and energy. If you are already pretty healthy, you may not notice a huge difference in the short term but I believe this company is ethical and if you choose to take COQ10, then this is the product for you.
As for cholesterol, am waiting to get lipid tests so will return to see how well it worked after about 1 month. **Update** Lipid test results show LDL up some but personally I do not care b/c I am able to walk better and this product still aids in my energy level. BTW, I have not added the turmeric yet so do not know how well the 3 supplements will work at keeping LDL low. Still highly recommend this product.

I love this supplement. It is high quality and easily absorbed. My only complaint is I wish they came in a higher dosage. I need to take a much higher dosage of COQ10 daily (800-900 mg). If these pills came in 300 mg or 400 mg that would be perfect for me. I am just hoping the company will expand its line of products and add more higher dose products.

Eu tenho tomado alguns suplementos (CoQ10, vitamina C, vitamina B3 (niacina), vitamina B1 não sintética (tiamina), alga marinha e potássio) todos os dias nas últimas 7 semanas, também tenho feito jejum intermitente 1-2 vezes por semana e um suco de folhas verdes todos os dias. Comecei a notar uma diferença positiva na minha pressão arterial em repouso e não em repouso há 2 semanas e meia; meu monitor de pressão arterial em casa confirma que tem estado consistentemente na faixa normal. Acredito que os resultados são devido ao esforço coletivo. Também acredito que o CoQ10 teve um grande papel em trazer resultados positivos. Continuarei tomando.
