This is a lower dosage than I usually shoot for (I like to take around 300mg per day), so I am actually using this in combination with another CoQ10 supplement. CoQ10 is a supplement with a lot of research-backed benefits, so it’s the one I never try to run out of and I’ve tried multiple brands.
This product seems to be high quality. Easy to swallow liquid gel capsules, no digestive upset, no aftertaste/odor. I’m happy!

This is my review for “MD Prescriptives Coq-CF MD – Coenzyme Q10 with Vitamin E – CoQ10 100mg Optimal Absorption Formula”
This CoQ is in the form of Ubiquinol which is one of the better absorbed forms of CoQ. The CF stands for Crystaline Free. That means that during the processing of the CoQ, crystals are formed. The d-limonene in this formula dissolves those crystals thus the CoQ becomes liquid and very absorbable. I think that is a pretty clever formulation. The dosage is 100mg which is not alot but it is a good size for maintenance if you don’t have severe issues. I like this dosage because it is low and I only need maintenance at this point and hopefully I will not need more than this. However, due to the particular processing of this Coq, I have noticed it is absorbed much better than any other CoQ I have taken recently. The cost of this bottle of CoQ is comparatively average. The bottle holds 60 softgels and you only need 1 a day so that is 2 months’ worth for the price. MD Prescriptives is a quality brand. Their supplements are developed and manufactured in the Usa. I think this is a very high-quality supplement with an intelligent, effective, clean formulation.

I’ve been taking a statin drug for a few years. So to counter any negative side effects of the statin, I also take CoQ10. I alternate between brands, potency, and form (powder versus liquid). I tried MD Prescriptives’ CoQ10 because I’ve taken a probiotic from them, which I liked. So I wanted to try this product.
This is not a super-potent dose. Each capsule contains 100mg of Coenzyme Q10, plus 80 mcg of mixed Tocopherols, and 67 mg of Vitamin E. However, I often mix and match my Coenzyme Q10 or take 2 capsules to boost the dose to 200-300mg daily.
One thing I noticed, however, is that there’s no information about the location of the manufacturing facility, nor any testing or certification for the product on the bottle nor on the company’s website. So although I haven’t had a problem with taking these capsules, I would like to know more about the company and its manufacturing and qualifications.

The Vit E used in these are the natural and natural mixed, neither synthetic, really important for reasons you can research. My only wish is that the caps were a little less fat, like a football…the girth is borderline troublesome for those of us with pill swallowing issues.

Easy to swallow gel coated pill. Says to take with a meal.. I haven’t chanced it otherwise. It’s seems kinda pricy but it’s 1 a day and there are 60 capsules so it’s a 2 month supply.

CoQ10 and Vitamin E supplement. Claims to support energy management. The bottle came with 60 soft-gels and recommends taking one per day giving you a 60 day supply. As well as supporting energy management this product claims to support cardiovascular health. The product information indicates that it is GMO free with artificial colors and fragrances. I have noticed an increased energy during the work day while taking this. I also found this product easy to take and swallow without any after taste. Being a 60 day supply this was a pretty decent value for the cost.

No after flavor or after-taste. They go down very easy. I can’t really comment on their effect though.

We are new to the CoQ supplements but feel this one is a quality supplement. Capsules are like miniature chicken eggs. Easy to swallow. From what our research has shown CoQ is an excellent supplement. The price though, even for a 60 day supply, is one of the most expensive ones we take.
