Tnvitamins Ultra Potent CoQ-10 200 MG arrived as described with safety seals intact. The expiration date was 4/25.
Serving size is one capsule and there are a total of 150. Each capsule has 200mg of CoQ-10. Based on price and number of pills each serving cost $0.16. Very reasonable and I consider it affordable. I counted out about 80 capsules and for what was left in the bottle I believe there were 150 give or take a few.
They are smaller capsules which are easily taken with liquids. They have no smell or flavor.
CoQ-10 is an antioxidant and also heart healthy. I take for the benefits of both. Qualitatively, I had no adverse reactions to taking. I took with and without other supplements and food. In all I believe the product is beneficial based on ingredients. I do not see any listed ingredients that would cause concern for me.
Overall, I have no concerns or issues with the product. It is affordable and a quality product in my opinion. One, I would recommend to others.

I read it’s best to take this at least 3 months before conceiving (for those that are trying to conceive using coq10). It’s only been my second month with my husband and I taking it and nothing yet so let’s see.

These C0Q-10 capsules work well. I have been taking them for a while now, with no negative effects. I take them for my heart and immune system, and feel that they have been doing their job. You take two capsules per day, and there are enough of them for five months, so the price is very good for the number of capsules that you receive. They are smallish, so should be easy enough for nearly anyone to take. I would not hesitate to purchase these again nor recommend them to others.

*The following is my personal experience with the supplement. Always consult your doctor before adding any supplements into your diet regimen. Never take medical advice from random online people.*
I’ve provided a couple of photos to show the overall size and thickness of the pill. I’d say the size of this pill is about standard for supplements that come in capsule form. Having said that, I can’t for the life of me swallow any pill larger than an aspirin, so what I do is I look for chewable forms of supplementation (which are usually the most expensive forms, maybe besides liquid) or I order capsules and empty the contents into applesauce, provided that they’re not timed released. This bottle of CoQ-10 doesn’t state that the pills are timed released, so I went with the applesauce method. The powder has almost no taste and once it’s mixed up into my applesauce, it’s virtually impossible to tell that there is even any powder in it.
As far as any noticeable results go, I think it’s too soon to tell. I will take the recommended dose for the full 5 months and reassess then. As of now, I giving the product a tentative 5/5 stars, taking in consideration of how many pills you get for the low price of the bottle. Also for the fact that the supplement is packaged and certified in the USA. I will update my review if I experience any negative or positive changes while taking this supplement.
