   I take a lot of supplements, and several months ago I noticed myself feeling on top of the world. As I run out of one supplement and start another, I can usually pinpoint which ones are making the biggest impact. I had decided that beef heart was the one that was really making me feel superhuman. The problem is that beef heart is very expensive. But what’s in it? One of the main things advertised in it is CoQ10. This bottle is much cheaper and is just CoQ10. Well, actually it also has pepper extract, but that’s just another bonus healthy ingredient for me. It’s been a couple weeks and I’m starting to feel really good again. I don’t know if it’ll get to the level it did with beef heart, but if it does I’ll come back and make note of it on this review. This seems to be a good product and might be the key to great health.

   not sure if its my body or health, but im in good shape and have taken co q 10 alot in the past. took this for two days and it messed me up each time. threw the bottle away because thats not right. it made me shaky, nausea, problems focusing eye sight, among others. it eas like drinking a crap ton of coffee without the caffiene side affects or energy.

   I’m very sensitive to the safety of things I’m going to put in my body. This is especially important for supplements, which are not regulated in any important way. Many news stories, including recently, have highlighted very poor quality of many supplements.

   I researched TNVitamins. It appears that they are part of a network of companies, which market and manufacture supplements here in the U.S.A.. Normally I like larger companies that manufacture their own products. TNVitamins has a number of other products on Amazon that have a lot of reviews, and they have high ratings. That is good too, but in this case I found that some of the sister companies have been accused of behavior that is far beyond what is acceptable to me. Everybody should do their own research to see if this is a problem by your judgement.

   I ordered these for my Doberman Pinscher to hopefully help her maintain her heart health. Dobermans are prone to a condition called dilated cardiomyopathy which is very serious and ultimately fatal. It is not know if this supplement will help but I give it daily anyways in the hopes that it will help her maintain a healthy heart. I’m giving her one capsule daily with her meal and she easily eats it up. The capsule has not caused any unpleasant side effects since starting this.
   So far so good. A very good value as well, only $16.99 for a 3 month supply.

   I like that there’s a 3 month supply in these bottles. These are capsules that are easy to swallow but you can get a dry pill effect. I have to drink plenty of water with them and I still occasionally will get a dry pill in my throat. It’s probably just me. These are kind of neat and that they have black pepper included in them. I don’t particularly subscribe to taking black pepper but I can see why it would be included. I check the date and these are fresh. I like that they come in a sealed container.

   Seems like a good brand and value for Coq-10. I have not noticed any side effects and feel great taking coq-10 knowing all the benefits it can have in different organs. Coq-10 is a fat soluble vitamin. This particular brand doesn’t have any fat included with it so I try to eat it with meals as recommended by the directions on the back of the bottle. The expiration for the bottle I received is about a year and a half out. With the serving size being 1 capsule and the bottle containing 90 this feels like a great value at the current price of about 17 dollars.

   Então, eu tive que pesquisar no Google porque nunca tinha ouvido falar de CoQ-10 antes, mas quanto mais eu lia, mais vontade eu tinha de tomar.

   CoQ-10 neutraliza radicais livres e pode reduzir ou até ajudar a prevenir alguns dos danos que eles causam. Também ajuda com muitos problemas relacionados ao coração e ainda ajuda a prevenir coágulos sanguíneos.

   Essas cápsulas são fáceis de engolir e a embalagem chegou com um selo hermético. Eu também adoro que eles oferecem 3 meses de suplemento, o que foi mais uma razão pela qual escolhi este.

   No geral, este é um bom suplemento para o coração e, com o histórico de problemas cardíacos na minha família, cada pequeno detalhe ajuda. Eu recomendaria isso.
