Unfortunately, working from home and spending excessive time in front of the monitor has left its toll. I have a terrible case of “bags under they eyes”. Hoping to stem it from becoming chronic, I decided to try this cool gel eye mask. Similar in effect to an ice pack, this uses “Golden Gel Beads” which stay flexible after chilling. As it is an eye mask, it has an elastic band to keep it in place and a cloth layer that is on the side of the mask that touches your face.
It also comes with an outer bag to keep it clean and free from contact with anything else while chilling.
I found it pleasant and comfortable to use.
* Note – It actually can be used for heated therapy as well. It can be microwaved to be warmed up.
Overall, I find this Gel Eye mask to be quite good and recommend its use.

It is a pleasant and comfortable mask to use. The mask is made of gel beads that don’t freeze but do get cold. One side of the mask is covered in fabric that gets cold and you can place on your face without burning your eyes. It helps my eyes with inflamation so I recomend you use it.

This eye gel mask has proven to be very soothing and easy to use.
With the Velcro strap, it’s quite comfortable and it covers the eye area well. It’s also versatile, since both sides can be used for relief. One side has a soft and velvety feeling and it produces a cooling effect. The other side, where the gel beads are obvious, it feels much colder, although it isn’t quite as soft. The description indicates that it should be placed in the refrigerator for an hour. However, for the mask to really feel chilly and stay that way for a while, I think two hours in the fridge would be better.
This mask can also be heated briefly in the microwave, but I haven’t tried to do that yet.
It definitely makes my eyes feel and look better, and I think it could help some people feel relief from tired eyes, sinus pressure, and the effects of allergies and wind. I’m happy with this purchase.

I like that this mask has a side that is covered in fabric and one that isn’t, so you can use either side. The adjustable straps are nice too. Seems simple enough, but I’ve had several of these masks that didn’t have those features.
As is the nature of these masks, it really doesn’t stay cold very long at all. That’s why it’s nice to have more than one, so you can switch them out. But this one is now the first in the rotation at my house.

Diese hübsch anzusehende Augenmaske ist wahrlich eine Wohltat für die Augen! Sie eignet sich optimal, um überbeanspruchte Augen nach einem anstrengenden Tag sanft zur Ruhe kommen zu lassen. Ob durch zu lange Bildschirmarbeit, die unsere Augen stark beansprucht, oder durch Augenringe, die durch Stress und Schlafmangel verursacht werden – diese mit Gelperlen gefüllte Augenmaske hilft, übermüdete Augen wieder ins Gleichgewicht zu bringen. Denn unsere Augen leisten täglich unermüdliche Arbeit, und diese Maske bietet ihnen meiner Meinung nach die Entspannung, die sie sich redlich verdient haben.
Mit ihrer großzügigen Größe von ca. 21 x 11 Zentimetern deckt die Maske beide Augen und den umliegenden Bereich umfassend ab, was eine angenehme Linderung ermöglicht. Sie passt sich optimal an die Gesichtsform an und ist somit sowohl für Männer als auch für Frauen bestens geeignet. Besonders praktisch: Die Maske kann beidseitig verwendet werden, je nachdem, ob eine sanfte oder eine intensivere Kühlung gewünscht wird.
Neben der Kältetherapie eignet sich die Augenmaske auch für Wärmeanwendungen, wodurch sie vielseitig einsetzbar ist. Einfach nach Anleitung im Kühlschrank kühlen oder in der Mikrowelle erwärmen, und schon entfaltet sie ihre wohltuende Wirkung. Das flexible Gummiband mit praktischem Klettverschluss sorgt dafür, dass die Maske gut sitzt und während der Anwendung nicht verrutscht, was den Komfort zusätzlich erhöht.
Die Farbkombination aus Orange und Rosa finde ich persönlich besonders charmant und stimmungsaufhellend – genau das Richtige, um gute Laune zu verbreiten und dem Tag eine positive Note zu verleihen! Die angenehme Farbwahl macht die Maske nicht nur funktional, sondern auch zu einem optischen Highlight.
Zusammenfassend bin ich vom tollen Preis-Leistungsverhältnis dieser Augenmaske absolut begeistert. Sie bietet hervorragende Qualität zu einem fairen Preis, weshalb ich ihr mit voller Überzeugung fünf Sterne vergebe. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die ihren Augen etwas Gutes tun möchten!

The adjustable strap hold the mask in place well enough, since my activities are naturally limited while using this. To prepare the mask for cold use, the instructions say refrigerator (not freezer).
When pollen surges, my normal go-tos for relief sometimes needs the added cooling effects in the eye area, as the urge to rub grows. To sit with the relative darkness of the cool mask is soothing for the sinus as well. (I’ll likely not have a lot of use for this mask for heating.)

It feels so good to take a break and have something cool and soothing on your eyes. This is a very easy to use eye mask that ready to use. The lavender has a very pleasant smell and is very mild. The eye mask once opened last about 25 minutes and is a single use. The eye mask is not too tight and is very comfortable. I’m not sure if really helps with puffiness, but it feels very nice when in use.

This micro bead cooling eye mask comes in tangerine and pink (like a grapefruit). It does not taste like grapefruit, so DO NOT EAT!
After placing in the refrigerator for four hours it’s ready to wear. It has a soft material side that rests against your eyes. There is an adjustable Velcro headband to hold it in place. It feels very nice when applied to tired, puffy eyes.

I like this mask way more than I expected. At only around 11 dollars I didn’t expect much but, I was pleasantly surprised. The mask contains little beads of sort that doesn’t freeze so it’s quite comfortable. I’ve only tried it cold so far (the bag it comes with was a nice included accessory to keep it safe from food bits) and it did a good job. It doesn’t stay cold for a super long time so I’d recommend getting 2 so you can have one ready after the first warms up.
