The first one i got was open and items were missing or seemed used. Amazon sent me a new one right away and asked that I send the old one back. The new one was sealed and had everything but I would have thought each item would come in the protective packaging like on the picture but no, you get a razor w/o the packaging, same for toothpaste. The bags are so easy to open and as with the experience with the fist one it made me a little nervous

Package was opened when left on porch and items inside were opened and leaking like someone had used them, also some products were missing. I want my money back and because items were leaking, and some missing I can not return them.

Arrived open and missing items. Automated help system will not let you leave detailed feedback, but will issue a refund and return ticket. The outer package had been cut open and the entire top was missing, so it’s obviously been returned before.
