I got this since it was at the top of the list in greens supplements, but i didn’t realize there’s actually no discernible nutritional value. I still use it every day because of the antioxidants, but if you were looking for a greens supplement then you’ll be disappointed. It does gave a pleasant natural mint flavor, which is nice even when mixed with other supplement powders

This is a high quality product, and it is also one of the cheapest on the market that I’ve found. Less than $30 for 60 servings is not bad compared to many other products which often charge the same for half the servings. Since taking it I’ve found that I generally feel better throughout the day and have more energy. I often find it hard to get the recommended amount of vegetables per day and taking a greens supplement makes sure that I do. As for the taste, I did not find it to be too pleasant. Yes, there is a spearmint flavor, but its usually not a pleasure going down. I’ve found that if you mix it with some other kind of drink (I used fruit punch) it’s not as bad. Great product with great ingredients. Priced better than competitors who have less ingredients. I use it primarily to supplement my greens intake and support intestinal health. I noticed a difference in energy level and got health, I use religiously and have been for 3 years now. Flavor good be better but not bad, I’ve gotten used to it fairly quickly.

I used this about 10 years ago. Now getting back into the gym and getting my diet in check after a few years this oroduct hasnt changed. Taste is an acquired taste, but you take supplements for fuel not for the flavor. I like it, but can see how some may not.

I have tasted a few green supplements, and this is honestly one of the better tasting greens and antioxidant supplements on the market. It mixes well with hot or cold liquids, and does not leave a gritty feeling in your mouth. I definitely recommend!
