I bought this to add some additional support to my body. I do pretty intense workouts daily and making sure I have the right support is crucial. This product is an exceptional addition to any healthy diet/vitamin/health regimine. Some of the dosages of ingredients might be a little low (I’ll go into detial below), but given how many incredibly useful things are in Health IQ, and that the dosages included are way better than a many-in-one supplement typically contains…I have to give a strong recommendation that almost everyone should take Health IQ.
Take a look at the label of many (almost all) vitamins or supplements, and you’ll note that they include pointlessly low amounts of some ingredients like CoQ10, milk thistle, or tumeric – products include these items simply so they can make the claim on the label, but the amounts can be 1/100th of the effective dose. Health IQ contains at/near a ‘full’ dose on most its (very useful, and not cheap) ingedients – exceptional for having lots of really beneficial health supplements that you’ll be taking daily, and with a reasonable price as well!
DETAILS:
I had to look up and read a bit about Boswelia Serrata, but Health IQ contains a pretty effective level of this extract, which, as it turns out, is a great overall health supplement. Boswelia is probably even more useful when combined with Tumeric. These 2 provide a great combination that works very well as an anti-inflammatory, pain-fighter, immune system support, and some literature claims there are some (potential) useful anti-cancer benefits to be had. The included amounts of Tumeric and Boswelia are around perhaps 1/2 to 1/3 of a ‘full’ dosage that might be recommended.
Garlic is well known for heart health and immune health, and is included at arguably a good, full, daily-dosage amount.
Ginger is also useful for inflammation and digestion, though ginger is typically dosed at 1000mg per day, versus the 200 mg here.
Milk Thistle is well known for liver health, and less known as an antioxidant and for being potentially being heart-healthy. It is included at 300mg, on the low end of a full, effective, daily amount – but, 300mg is very likely a useful amount to take daily.
Goldenseal (for immune and digestive health) is not included at a ‘full’ dosage, but it is not necessarily recommended to continue a full dosage of goldenseal long-term, so this probably makes sense.
Saw Palmetto (prostate health) is pretty much in line with a good daily amount @ 150mg.
CoQ10 @ 10mg is about 10% of a recommended daily level…not bad, considering that CoQ10 is probably also in your multivitamin, and CoQ10 isn’t cheap.
And so we have the bottom line – there is a fair bit of research backing up the ingredients in Health IQ, and most importantly for a multi – these ingredients are almost all included at their effective levels.
I’m highly skeptical when people claim to “feel better” when they’re taking herbs/supplements that are intended to benefit overall health – that’s not how it works, folks, and y’all are almost certainly experiencing placebo effect. So, sure, I suppose I do “feel good” after having started Health IQ in last couple weeks. I can’t claim that I feel good *because of* Health IQ, but I definitely feel good *about taking* Health IQ, given what’s in it. That’s what’s important! I’m very impressed to see a supplement like this that still holds up after I’ve read up on what it contains and how much of it is in there!
