my Doc said to take it. i mix in a quart bottle because it is really gross mixed as directed. it also clumps up and doesnt mix very well. Maybe it works, but its nauseating smell and taste is sickeningly sweet.

I have taken quite a few glutathione supplements and am familiar with their extremes in flavor and format. This one is more tolerable than most and can be taken fairly quickly. It does have a bit of a bad smell but thankfully they have masked the taste of the glutathione effectively.
It does take some work to get it thoroughly mixed so that it is fully dissolved in the water but once that is done it goes down easy. It is a 15 day supply that is meant to be taken once in the morning and once in the evening.

I have seen complaints about taste & mixing. The taste isn’t bad- it’s not a soda but isn’t supposed to be. I use a shaker cup that has a round whisk in the bottom & shake well. It will mix, just takes a minute. Put the water in first then add the powder. I do feel like it helps w pain & recovery. My husband & I both take it everyday.

As a senior citizen, I’m doubly concerned about my health span and one focus I have is keeping oxidation at bay. We’ve all heard of free radicals which sound like a band of fanatical extremists roaming around bent on causing havoc and that’s actually not far from the correct picture. One of the natural byproducts of respiration is molecules and variations of oxygen released in our system as waste. While oxygen is considered life-giving and essential, which it is in its place, it can also be toxic. How so? Oxygen lacks several electrons in its outer molecular shell. As such it is hungry to fill those empty slots and so readily grab electrons from whatever it comes in contact with, which can be healthy cells in your body resulting in destabilizing them. Thats essentially what common rust is on, say, a car. Oxygen steals electrons from the surface metal and when it combines weakens and deteriorates it with the resultant rust. We naturally produce defenses against excess oxidation in our bodies and glutathione is said to be perhaps the most effective molecule in sopping up those hungry electron scavenging molecules to render them harmless. I started taking a different form of glutathione said to be most effective in liquid form. That product is also quite pricy for a month’s supply and the taste is less than delicious. It’s perhaps not essential to include in our daily stack of supplements but I am willing to absorb the cost in the ongoing battle to keep internal inflammation in check. This product and form is somewhat convenient and doesn’t require refrigeration. do your due diligence, but it seems to be a worthwhile inclusion especially if you are older or adamant about doing all to ward off illness. Recommended.

When I first tried this I was not crazy about the taste, even though some people do enjoy it. I wrote a review and said as much. The company reached out to me and seemed to be genuinely concerned about my experience. They suggested that I try their unflavored capsules which have the same active ingredient.

Many of us take a lot of supplements. Pills are fine. But this is a nice change. Just add the packet to water and drink. Tastes pretty good too! I like lemon and lime water, so this is similar but of course has it’s own taste. But very good. The ingredients can provide a lot of benefits and I’ve been enjoying taking these.

I had put off trying this and I wasn’t sure why. But, I did pack it for a two week trip I was taking and figured it could help me. Sure enough it came in handy when I came down with a horrible respiratory illness. I was in terrible shape with sinus and chest crap going on. I would have coughing fits and was hacking up some nasty stuff. I immediately started taking this because I was away from home and did not bring my full complement of cold and flu remedies.
I drank this twice a day as recommended. The flavor was decent although I could do without the Stevia aftertaste. I despise Stevia. This would be better tasting with out it or any sweetener. I would replace the sweetener with some Himalayan sea salt for a greatly improved flavor.
I did find that this formula did not dissolve easily and there was always some chunks at the bottom of the glass. I used a frothing whisk and that seemed to help it break down. And, then because I had a cold, I figured maybe some warm water would do the trick too. This actually tasted much better as a warm drink.
If they improved the formula so that it dissolves better, removed the Stevia, and added some Himalayan Salt, I would be a regular user of this product. Because it is so expensive, I expect it to be perfect.
