I’ve been using the Tiege Hanley Men’s Skin Care Set, Advanced Skin Care Routine for Men (System Level 2) for a few weeks now, and I have to say, it’s a game-changer. This set includes everything you need to keep your skin looking fresh and healthy: a face wash, exfoliating scrub, eye cream, AM moisturizer with SPF, and a PM moisturizer.

I have sensitive and acne-prone skin. The Tiege Hanley products suited it well & I had zero flare ups. My skin definitely improved over the 2-6 week mark. I just wish there was more product for the price. The kit lasted me around 6 weeks, with daily use as directed, so it worked out to around $20 per week for me. I’m trying another premium skin care product at the moment for direct comparison. Depending on the results, I may buy Tiege again but next time with the eye serum (Level 2). I was impressed with how everything felt on my skin, especially the face wash.

I absolutely love the difference this makes on my face at 35yrs old. I have been using the level 1 system to try it – its been one month now and there is a noticeable softness, and smoothness on my face. Here is the problem, I am coming from using soap all my life on my face 😛 I have had a couple face washes throughout the years but nothing felt good to stick with. Most felt very harsh on my face.
So my review and recommendation is for those who may not have a set routine of care for your face. The pros to this kit is as follows:
1. Everything to start a decent routine AM & PM applications included.
2. Ease of use – the instructions with displays for the amt for each product is very good and much appreciated!
3. Actual products feel really refreshing on the face – moisturizers are not greasy at all. Lasts throughout the day – in a nutshell the products work!
My cons to this otherwise great product, are as follows:
1. Shipping: I ordered 2 kits one time to last me 2 months in giving it a good try. I utilize a skybox for shipping and was really disappointed to see the two kits were shipped separately! I mean come on, they both were shipped from the same place at the same time. Costs me twice on the both packages.
2. I do not like the lack of options in sizes. They are making money selling just a month supply at a time plus charging extra for shipping. Give back to the people who have supported you AlphaM and stop being so gimmicky with the cheap sales tactic. Just like most brands, you are able to choose different sizes for supply, the same has to be done if this brand is going to be considered a top product as I believe it has the potential to be.
Those are gripes with it, but the product itself, works excellent for me. If I lived in the US, would be a 4/5 but the shipping plus the lack of choice in sizes gives it a 3/5 in my case.

First things first, I will have to give props to the product for its overall use. Great for anyone starting a new face care with ALMOST everything you need for healthy skin. Key word, almost. I’ll get to that later.

PROTIPS
MOST IMPORTANT!!!! – WEAR SUNSCREEN AFTER USE. The AM moisturizer containes vitamins and minerals that eat away dead skin. Normally harmless unless you go out into direct sunlight without sunscreen. The nasty side affects of foregoing the sunscreen is the moisturizer severely irritating and drying out the skin. (Basically a sunburn)
It not on the info card the comes with the kit but it is on the AM bottle. Even if you only use the PM bottle make sure you put sunscreen on the following morning before heading outside.
Read everything, yes even that part. Failure to do so can lead to damaged, irritated skin
I recommend using cocoa butter or Shea butter after the AM/PM moisturizer, followed by sunscreen.
Use lotion and/or lotion through the day to protect your skin from Sunburn.
If shaving, don’t use this product directly afterwards. Instead use a shave soap beforehand, shaving cream during, and aftershave when done. Use this face kit the day after so micro cuts can heal first. Well unless you want to know what it feels like to dive face first into a cactus.
If I haven’t said it enough already. This product doesn’t care about the color of your skin. Put on sunscreen when finished or suffer through the joys of sunburn on your face.
